This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed it again! It’s a beautiful place and it’s in a great location. The owner is very friendly and very quick to respond to you. We will definitely stay here again.

The sliding glass doors were very heavy and you had to make sure they were closed all the way. The condo is spectacular. The view is amazing! Close to the pool so you can hear all the noise from kids etc.. but that wasn’t constant so no big deal.

Thanks for your review. Yes, the sliding doors are hurricane doors (being on the Gulf), so intentionally heavy. And thank goodness we have them with the hurricane hitting Navarre Beach right now!! Too expensive to cool the outside, so sliding doors must be closed all the way. I’m sorry it was such an inconvenience.

Very nice Condo. Excellent condition. Beautiful views. Everything in working order. Only one thing, which the owner had no control over, people in the condo above us had a dog that barked a lot,and were noisy. We would rent from the owner again!

Navarre beach condo

The condo is beautiful, close parking, very large pool with ample seating availability and easy, close access to the beach. Several great restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the fishing pier.

I can't brag on Pooleparadise enough! The condo is beautiful and so thoughtfully equipped with everything you might possibly need. We were traveling with a 2 and 4 year old. The sand toys and wagon were perfect and they enjoyed them so very much. Navarre Beach is very beautiful with the perfect white sand and crystal clear water. Cathy was very easy to communicate with and provided very clear details on how to get checked in. I highly recommend this condo. It's perfect!

Best Place For Family

Such a wonderful place to stay with our family of 7 which included our one year old granddaughter. Our host was wonderful and had a crib and a high chair provided for us! Beach view from every room and everything we needed for a perfect family vacation! We will stay here again for sure!

Family vacation

Beach colony is a great complex with great amenities. Our room was great. Awesome view and amenities as well. It was our second year in a row staying in that room and would stay again next year.

Amazing condo with beautiful view

The hosts thought of everything a person would need to stay here from baby through adult. The views from the balcony and windows are stunning. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great family property

The unit was exactly as described. The complex has a great pool and beach access. There were 7 of us and found the property plenty spacious. The outdoor balcony is great for relaxing and meals. Everything was clean and well kept and I would definitely stay again.

Great condo in a great location

Lovely condo on 5th floor that overlooks the beach with easy accesss to it. It has a large circular balcony on which we spent a significant amount of time watching and listening to the surf. Cathy, our host, was incredibly responsive when we reched oit to hee to her with any questions.
