It was ok, not the cleanest. The back window was broken and some lights didn’t work. It had everything we needed though, kitchen was well stocked.

Was good, the checking in process took a bit long due to cleaners having to be onsite an extra 1.5hours to clean up after the mess the previous renters left so it’s not the owners fault… previous renters broke the glass on the rear door going onto the back deck and there was glass scattered on the deck so we did not use that part of the home as we had kids there. It had everything we needed so it was good

The house had a great location and environment, just like my neighborhood. The fact that it was right next to a walking trail made it even better. Above all, the fact that it had six rooms made it a great place for families and friends to stay together.

Great Stay in Edmonton

This was a great place for our family to stay. There was lots of room and the kids loved the ping pong table. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for everyone and the table had room for all seven of us.

Great place to stay

The house was a great place for a group of us to get together to play some board games, relax, and have fun. Some of the dining room chairs are getting tired, as well as a couple of the bed frames in the basement. The hosts were amazing and helpful, very prompt, and courteous. Would stay here again!

Good pleace for large family

It was a good experience for my family. Each member could have his own bedroom. The kids enjoyed the ping pong game in the basement.

Great location

This spacious spot worked well for our big family attending a wedding. The walking trails in the river valley were so close - a lovely bonus! And the location was central for everywhere we were going (airport/West Ed/Whyte Ave). We enjoyed the sunny deck for morning coffee too.

Great for a ladies weekend

We hosted a birthday weekend for a friend turning 40 - 6 ladies all cooking, eating, crafting, and playing games. The house has 6 rooms which was awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property will book again!

The host was super responsive and excellent to deal with. Everything in the home is as photos and as described. House is well stocked with linens and all expected amenities. Everything fit our needs really well. Dog park and Windermere close by for shopping. Absolutely great!

Property had allot of potential to be a very nice stay, but was not very clean when we checked in. It was great that it was large enough that it fit our entire family while we stayed there. The yard was very overgrown and was unusable as a result. The garage was very dirty and smelled of garbage. All around was a nice place, but it just needs some upkeep to be a great stay.

Ideal for our purpose

We had 6 guys staying for a pool tournament. 6 bedrooms worked perfectly. Lots of space. Bathrooms. Close to everything we needed. Restaurants. Shopping. Casino. Easy to find from the airport. Excellent communication with the property management.

The lawn hadn’t been done in a long time so we were unable to use so that was disappointing. t

Convenient Location

If you are staying witha large group and particularly if you have airport teips back and forth to pick people up, this is a great location. You do need a vehicle, but groceey stores and many other conveniences are close, There is a park by the house that has a trail leading to a trail down into the river valley that is a beautiful walk. The house is simply, but well equipped. It also has ample bedding and towels for larger groups. The location lends itself well to travel across the city with proximity to large freeways, yet far enough away that it is quiet. Would definitely rent this house again. trail

Size for group we had - excellent and air conditioned over all stay was good - concerns more under the surface Over all pretty clean however was more surface clean. Drawers not so much, upkeep questionable. Broken outdoor furniture and it’s left to use, broken glass door not cleaned up, garbage left from what looked like the winter in front old garbage in garage. While we waited to check in, my husband put on gloves and pick up garbage and weeded. back yard not maintained, long grass so only deck usable, awning ripped and no functional crank . Some bathrooms empty hand soap, kitchen not a rag or tea towel to be found, only very warn sponges … ickWe found some towels in the laundry room downstairs However to maintain a clean environment we shouldn’t have to search… no dishwasher soap yet a requirement on checkout was to run dishwasher… we washed dishes individually as not a plug to be found.I advised owner to have a chat with the cleaning crew- these items while might seem small they are everyday functional items if you like to clean up behind yourself and expect that from your guests. It is advised as having all the comforts of home, shampoo etc provided… it appears it’s just scattered random bottles of what people left so relying on this is not recommended I would stay here again if needed- owner acknowledged my concerns while nothing done during our stay, hope it’s improved, can’t fix what you don’t know, excellent location- could use more couch like seating

95 birthday gatherings

We were able to accomplish goal of having 12 of us mingle together and cousins able to spend time together. They enjoyed the ping pong table. House needs some repairs to walls and a paint job. Some missing towel racks and burnt out bulbs and other minor fixing up required. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was good and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked out well.

Edmonton stay

This property accommodated 9 adults and 2 children very well. Parking in garage, on driveway and on street. Checkin with 2 people having the app and one having the actual keys worked perfectly. Needed more towels and 3 bbq propane tanks were empty so no bbq which also needs cleaning. Garbage and recycling was full with bags on the garage floor as well. Suggestion: some chairs for deck would be great with small table. Overall we would stay here again.
