Comfortably furnished, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful townhome! Nice and spacious and the perfect size for our traveling group.

Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Close to campus, the 4-H center and the many restaurants. Very clean and amenities were nice. It was perfect and we’ll definitely book again!

Quiet neighborhood, super nice townhome

Perfect location for my daughter to recover from dental surgery. Highly recommend this townhouse! It was lovely and had everything we needed.

Stay for NSC at TAMU

Great location for us to go to new student conference at TAMU. Had everything we needed and was a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to campus, but away from all the traffic! House was as described.

Game Day Weekend

Lovely, comfortable, and clean - would stay again and recommend to friends. The only hiccup is the 10 AM check out .

Aggieland Classic Soccer Tournament

Went to College Station for a soccer tournament with our daughter. Property was really close to the park and many other great things to do in town. Communicating with the property manager was really easy and made our stay a priority so I could focus on my daughter. Great stay!Will definitely be back!!!

Graduation weekend

The place was very cute, had a problem figuring out the air but property manager was great at helping us figure it out! They also did not raise the prices because of graduation which was refreshing! Would def stay here again!

Loved it!

This clean and new condo was perfect for Mom's Weekend for me and my daughter. Could have easily had more than just the 2 of us. Had everything for a short stay - very comfortable furnishings and lovely decor. Will definitely try to stay again! (And loved the nod to Pi Phi since it was Pi Phi Mom's Weekend:))

Junior Olympic Visit to College Station

The location was perfect—close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Great neighborhood! Unit was super clean and had everything we needed! We felt “at home” the entire stay! They prepared the unit with even the smallest details for the guests. Would definitely stay again! Be aware there is a tripping hazard in the garage with a small ledge in an odd place. We had a small issue when we got there with the water on the fridge coming out when you shut the door. I called but did not receive a call back. Once I changed it “ice”, it stopped coming out. I was just surprised to not receive a call back.
