3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath provides your party with all the amenities their hearts could desire. Described as the perfect beach house, this gem sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chair with a fold out twin. The master bath has dual sinks and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed also. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Nestled between these two bedrooms is the second full bath with two sinks. The half bath is downstairs. There is a huge deck off the master bedroom which offers a bar with stools and a table with four chairs. The deck is also equipped with a propane fire pit with chairs to view the blue waters of the gulf. A private beach access is right out your back door and within a few steps, you are on the beach. This particular beach is one of the best places to surf in Pensacola or just relax. The beach house also offers a one car garage and ample parking for guests. Wireless internet and Direct TV are provided with an array of premium channels for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are waiting to keep the beach towels clean and dry. Everything needed for you and your friends to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.Three kayaks ,two surfboards ,two beachcruiser bikes ,and two paddle boards are there for your enjoyment.The address is 1682 calle bonita if you would like to GPS it to show exactly where it is and how close it is the the gulf.

This property has everything you need for a great beach vacation! I loved the location, the beach was so close and very quiet. We had plenty of room to spread out and feel like we were home. Thanks David for a great beach house getaway!

This was our first stay in the Pensacola area. The townhouse was at a great location. Just steps to the beach on a private walkway! Lots of beach supplies (basically everything you would need)! The accomodations were roomy and clean. So glad it was pet-friendly!

Upon arrival, the house was not cleaned. Trash cans full, beds not stripped and washed, very little pots and pans for cooking. Floors and carpets not vaccumed. Kitchen not cleaned. It was a longer walk to beach than anticipated and not a secured area for my dog. Over all a very big disappointment. Would not book here again.

The cleaning crew did drop the ball on this rental ,they arrived within 30 minutes and rectified the screw up and handled it.We are human and make mistakes.We strive to improve ourselves and learn to improve your experience.

The property was perfect right on the beach. Plan to get what you need to eat drink or cook while you’re in town so you don’t have to make multiple trips down via de Luna to a supermarket.

This place was only steps to the beach that was our favorite. The kitchen had everything you needed and the place was comfy and not too far from anything you needed. Loved it!

This house is fully stocked of anything you may want to take to the beach… a wagon, chairs, toys, etc. This was a huge bonus! The back area with the swings is fun and the upper deck is nice. The store, private walk to the beach was also great. The master bed was very comfortable as well.

I really enjoyed this property. Getting up early and being able to take a short walk to the beach was the best. I would 100% stay here again. Best time!

The home and beach access met all of our expectations for a quick getaway! We brought both of our small dogs and they had a blast as well. The home provides a warm and beach-vibe to it which encouraged our overall satisfaction of the location and home!

Everything about this property was perfect. The view of the beach was a little hard to see but the closeness of the beach was perfect. Just out the back door and down a path straight to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Host is so awesome and helpful. Can’t beat how easy it is to access beach from condo. I would not say to rely on the beach view from balcony. Its kinda blocked by a palm tree and could only see from a small area on deck. Only concern was i didn't see a way to lock the door once you head to the beach. So it was open to anyone. Yes it’s a private walkway but it still was concerning as I felt like I'm leaving my personal property at risk. Just a suggestion but a keypad door for the upper/lower decks would be an awesome addition. Overall a good experience.

This property was an absolutely wonderful stay. Tons of room(granted there was only 2 of us), two steps out the back door and your feet are in sand. We look forward to coming back again!

Our stay was great! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. I was able to find anything i needed. Host was awesome too. I had no reason to contact him throughout the stay but he was fast to respond to check in and out messages. Very happy with this stay :)

David was excellent to work with. The outside patio and deck needed some cleaning. It has all the outside stuff you could need. The inside overall is good. The upstairs carpet is a little dingy. But it overall was a great stay. You spend most of your time at the beach. You are so close!
