Great location! Unit is as pictured, clean. comfortable and quiet. Host was very quick to reaspond to questions. We would definately stay here again.

The check in was terrible, they send me the checking information wrong twice, the clerk at front desk doesn’t help the guess, I was a hour outside the room trying to to enter, when opened the bathroom faucet smell rotten, I don’t want to come back again.

Very Nice Stay

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Fantastic location. Only inconvenience we found was the number/length of entry codes.

Perfect location!

I loved everything about this stay. The location was everything! We walked everywhere and had the absolute best time. The pool was a great area to chill and the room had everything we needed. It was a great place and I will for sure return!

The room was conveniently located and near everything we wanted to do. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was plenty hot and at times seemed too hot. Any issues we had were addressed in a very timely manner and the staff involved were always wonderful and kind. The room was clean but seemed like there was still dust/dirty floors and there were various spots on the comforter that made it appear dirty.

Great area of town to stay .

We enjoyed the whole unit. Pool was great ! Would stay again, the bed itself needs some love ,pilliow top added and updated linens. New pillows .Small investment would great outxome !

Location was great. Condo was clean and comfortable. Had trouble getting in to garage. Our flight got delayed so we ended up getting to condo very late. The code given didn’t work. So after an hour of trying to get a hold of someone with no help we found another way in. Seemed like no one had the right code or could even access it at that time. Guess the chance you take coming in late on the weekend.

The unit was fantastic! I was impressed at how clean the entire place was, especially the floors, and the complimentary toiletries were perfect for my short stay. No complaints on noise and the pool deck area was really cute (both a hot tub and pool!), just unfortunate the weather wasn’t the best. I know the area well but if you don’t, this is an extremely conveniently located place wedged between a bunch of the local bars, restaurants and shops on Fort Myers Beach. You’re steps away from everything you will care to do down there! Will gladly stay here again! Just fyi, this unit is managed separately from the rest of the building so be sure to gather clear instructions on the codes to all the entrances, both to the unit and to the property itself. The unit key pad is a hand censored one, not the digit keys you will see just above the handle. I was confused with the harahe parking pass at first, but the front desk will be able to guide you with that if you just say you’re with Coastal Properties.

The location was perfect for getting around on foot and the unit was very clean. Check out was smooth however, our main issue was when we went to check in, we couldn’t get into the building through the front entrance. We were only given a garage entrance code even though we communicated ahead of time that we would not have a car. When we called the customer support number to get help from coastal vacations, the man on the other end of the phone was unable to help us, and when we asked where we could find the garage, he said that he didn’t know since he was not local. Thankfully, at the restaurant across the street there was a couple who owned rentals in the same building who were able to come and help us get in and who continued to help us out throughout the whole trip going above and beyond.

Disappointing

Previously stayed in another unit. Which was larger and had a washer and dryer in unit. Since price was the same assumed the units were identical. They were not. It was much smaller and no washer and dryer. Requested extra towels and tub mat. Waited 2 days received towels after calling again but never received a tub mat Unit needed updating. Couch was so uncomfortable and sunk. I tucked a towel in it and padded it with a blanket. Still awful. The bed was no better. The coffee pot was the wrong brand so it didn’t fit correctly. Made a mess and always had grounds in it. Can’t imagine paying in season prices. The pool layout was great. Location and the beach was awesome even with it being after Hurricane Ian.
