We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and in the perfect location right on the beach. Lori was wonderful—so helpful, thoughtful, and considerate throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

The unit is beautiful, clean, seems brand new, and has all the things you need for a getaway. Amazing ocean views on a screened in balcony, perfect accommodations and very thoughtful items available for use. Everything was easy and convenient. Wonderful place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay to relax and enjoy the beach. The condo is impeccably decorated and the host thinks of every necessity you may need to make you feel welcome. Lori was a great host. We are coming back this winter and would not think to stay anywhere else. Thank you !

This gated condo was perfectly decorated and stocked with all the essentials you may use or if you forgot an item. The view from the eighth floor is amazing! The balcony was very cozy with beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for our use. The beach and pool were quiet as only the people renting or living there have permission. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future!

Ft Myers Beach condo in excellent location. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Close to Sanibel Island for shell seekers. Beautifully decorated condo with everything you need! Large balcony overlooking the gulf, beach chairs and umbrella made everything so easy. We hope to come back soon!

My wife & I enjoyed our stay at Gateway Villas. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. I would recommend staying there if you are looking for a condo right on the beach.

From the moment you walk into Lori’s condo you feel like you are home.The breathtaking views of the beach and ocean.The condo itself is just beautiful. We have stayed many places on the beach and I can say this was one of our favorite.Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

I choose this location for the view and was not disappointed. The condo was immaculate, had everything you would need, the furnishings were beachy and very comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer. The balcony view set the mood for my entire stay to celebrate my 60th. The beach chairs, umbrella, tote, cooler and pool noodle were all used multiple times. My stay was very quiet which I also enjoyed. The Brooks Brothers blanket was so soft and comfy, and I wanted to take it home with me. Communication with Lori was excellent and she answered any questions I had in a timely manner. There is a Wal Mart about 8 minutes away that was very convenient to grab groceries for the week. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning someday. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets. This was one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at.

My daughter and I took a quick getaway for a long weekend and this condo was perfect! The view is amazing and I loved that they checked in on us to see how things were going. They also had left a nice basket full of goodies for us when we checked in! The room was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay! We will definitely try to stay here again someday!

The unit has everything. Bring your suntan lotion and wide brim hat and head to the beach. Lori takes care of everything else.

View was head on Gulf view. Lanai had 2 comfy chairs to watch the beach come alive in the morning and start slowing down in the evening. The pool doesn't get sun until noon but that was perfect for us to sleep in and get breakfast before heading down. Can't say enough good things about this stay. Had a AC hiccup and host was on it at 11:00pm. So nice and the amenities are awesome.

I highly recommend this property and host. It is freshly remodeled and extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable and has very nice bedding. The view to the ocean is spectacular from the 8th floor. The condo is well equipped. Lori is wonderful to work with and very helpful. She answered our questions very quickly and was very accommodating. The pictures are a true depiction of the condo. We will definitely be renting this lovely unit again. Sad to leave… excellent property!

6 hours agoWe had a wonderful time. The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and the ocean views. Being so close to the ocean and being able to just walk out every day was amazing. We enjoyed all the good food around there and all the stores. We had an amazing time. I would highly recommend your condo 10/10. if we ever get the chance to come back we will definitely look into staying there again. thank you for a wonderful amazing stay!!!
