This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. My wife and I both work together on cleaning the house for 3 hours after each guest leaves. We do our best to wash and clean everything in the house. Not only are the sheets and towels washed, but we regulary wash comforters as well. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located on a short, quiet and safe street with a neighborhood park. Very little through traffic. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a 5 person hot tub, Webber gas barbecue, water feature, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs.The home is 2450 sq' with wood floors, plantation shutters, open design with large great room, living room, kitchen & dining area. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the three guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo with two sinks.The media center in the great room has a 60' high definition smart TV. Air-conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking, storing golf clubs and such.

Located just 8 minutes from P.I.R. (NASCAR) and Goodyear Cactus League ballparks. All major league teams play within a short drive. 3 golf courses nearby.Glendale stadium and entertainment area are 15 minutes away.

My family's first time staying at a non-hotel while traveling. Loved the space. House was clean and fully stocked on household items. Easy communication with owner. Very quiet neighborhood close to grocery store. Beds were firm but the couch was amazingly comfortable.

Our stay at Paul’s house was great! The property was just as listed. There was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside and comfortable furniture. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our long weekend and very convenient to Goodyear ballpark. The availability of the hot tub and the pool was nice. I would stay here again if we were to come back next year.

Kitchen was very good. The back yard needs a good tidying up. Old couch old hot tub in one side yard, old rusted lawn equipment in the other side yard and a strange pile of cement block against the back block fence. Not the most welcoming back yard.

There is an older Hot tub at the side of the house, but you only see it if you take the garbage out. There is no rusty equipment or pile of bricks in the backyard. I encourage you to look at the pictures of the backyard. That’s exactly what it looks like. I believe this person is upset because I told him I didn’t appreciate walking around the property picking up cigarette buds and I charged him $15 for a missing remote.

If you do not need a swimming pool in the backyard(community pool is 0.8 miles), this is your vacation home. This is a large 4 bedroom home that is beautifully decorated. You will be very comfortable watching the game outside from the furniture ,hammock, or hot tub.
