Parking is terrible it sleeps 15 people but good parking for 1 vehicle. the house is nice overall.

Property was clean and organized as advertised. Location was beautiful. We enjoyed the stay!

It’s a beautiful cabin, but not well maintained. There were weeds all over the front yard. The manager said someone was coming to clean them up, but never did. The air conditioning was monitored and we had to call several times to have it lowered. There is not a proper dining room. There was some weird table instead of the table in the pictures. There was a large table on the deck but it was hot. It was too hard to carry food downstairs. The games in the game room were all broken. Broken net on ping pong, big hole in basketball game, and air hockey wouldn’t turn on. Overall not a great experience.

Perfect Place for Large Groups to Stay

Recently, our softball team stayed at this property for a tournament up in Payson! The accommodations are great for large groups, and the host is super welcoming and ready to help with any issue that may arise.

Awesome family weekend house!

We all had a blast at this very comfortable house! The home has everything you need and the kiddos loved the garage/basement game room. There were many hang out spots for visiting. All the beds were very comfortable too. We loved it all!

This property was very comfortable for a large group. We had no complaints. Lots of things for the kids to do.Due to the amount of stairs inside as well as to your parking space you probably need to post not handicapped accessible.

Loved the accommodations. Spent lots of time on wrap around porch drinking morning coffee and wine in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean. We would book again when returning to Payson. Highly recommend.

Birthday Celebration

We needed a house for our entire family to visit and enjoy an 80th birthday! Perfect house for a family with younger kids. The gameroom games were all a huge hit to keep all ages entertained!

Another one for the books…

We enjoyed our daughter’s birthday weekend at this beautiful cabin. It’s the perfect cabin for multiple families with enough space and games to keep the kids occupied. Thank you for allowing us to rent the home for the weekend.

We enjoyed the beautiful home. However, we had to wash our own bedding. The sheets and blankets were dirty. The washing machine did not work well. We had to rewash the same load a couple of times. And make sure we were watching it because it would stop randomly.

Payson getaway

We rented this property with two other families for a baseball tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The property was great. The gathering spaces between the living room, the game room, and the wrap around patio were amazing for everyone to hang out. There was also a ton of space for everyone to have privacy while sleeping. The property was close and convenient to town. Would highly recommended this property to anyone with a large group who is looking to get away.

We had a great time overall, with a few exceptions. The A/C didn’t work properly, and although Scott was fantastic about trying to fix it by sending someone to check the unit, the house was simply too big for it to cool efficiently—especially the bedrooms in the basement. The first night was pretty uncomfortable, and it took about 15 hours for the house to cool down. Even then, the basement bedrooms stayed warm. Once the upstairs finally cooled off and the sun went down, things were much more enjoyable. We also noticed that the neighbors were not very friendly, which put a bit of a damper on our stay. On the bright side, we did get to see elk from the back patio, which was a wonderful experience.
