Mountain Views and Private Jacuzzi

Very well furnished lodge style decor. Many pieces of furniture hand crafted from wood from this area. Private secluded property, perfect for a romantic get away. Not suitable for small children because of the steep inclines and high end furnishings. Pet friendly with a small doggy door leading to a small gated area. .

This mountain home is both quiet and private and yet easily accessed from the highway and a few miles from town. There are two large bedrooms each with a king sized bed.

This was our second visit and hope to make more. We had elk and a bull visit, and it is the perfect place to watch storms. This home is a great getaway.

We had a nice stay at this property. Beautiful views & we got to see some Elk in the yard near the bottom of the driveway when we were heading out one day.

The place was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean, comfortable king beds, great AC and fans in each room. Will definitely stay again! The hosts are great communicators. 5 stars!!!

We loved this beautiful cabin the artful decor and views were amazing! We had some very friendly visitors (dogs) and looked forward to seeing them. Cool mornings and lots of wildlife surrounding us. Very relaxing stay.

We spent a week at this location. It was amazing. The views were stunning. Absolutely breathtaking with morning coffee or evening hot chocolate on the porch. WOW! The hot tub was icing on the cake after long days of hiking and shopping. There was even a BBQ and fence area for my four legged baby. The beds were big and comfy too. Most mornings we got visited by the neighbors dogs. Sweet pups. We will definitely visit again.

It was a great mini vacation. Views were great. Half hour drive to Wood Canyon Lake where we rented a pontoon boat.All the amenities you need except a shot glass for mixed drinks. Two fingers worked.Everything was in good order.Nice gas grill and the jacuzzi worked like a charm. We’d definitely go again.

This property is a gem! We saw four elk and so many stars. We had a wonderful time. It was clean and well-maintained, and the host always responded promptly. The host made cooking and grilling easy with a generous pantry. Our dogs loved it too. We’ll be back for sure!

Your place has ranked among one of our favorites! We stay in Payson, Pine and Strawberry quite a bit! The views were amazing the home decor was stunning and had such a warm feeling! Internet was perfect, as that was one big factor, since I work remotely. We were able to have a lot of down time, play games and watch movies. Thank you so much for sharing your place. On a different note, we didn’t mean to offend by leaving a sampling of our treats! We look forward to staying again!

What...a....treasure! From the hot tub sunrises, to the cozy fireplaces, to the grill, to the spacious rooms, to the communication with the host...and much more! It was an experience full of memories.

All the communication leading up to the trip was great and very informative on location. The place was super clean and was very warm and comfortable. The views and overall ambiance was great.

Really enjoyed the hot tub. Weather was great! Sunny and warm every day of our 8 day stay (except the last day). Friendly neighborhood dog came around every day. The kitchen could use some help with having sharper knives available . Make sure you have 4-wheel drive! Drive way is VERY steep. Overall, my husband and I had a very relaxing stay here.

Best place in the mountains that I’ve ever stayed at. The decor was the best part! The indoor fireplaces kept the whole house warm and cozy. The jacuzzi under the stars was magical. I highly recommend this to anyone.

This is my second stay at this property. Will stay again in the future. Everything is perfect. I honestly think she manufactured the beautiful night sky above. Everything is exactly as pictured in the photos on the property listing. The property owner, Faye, replies to messages quickly. If you want an early check-in, she’s more than happy to let that happen if everything is ready to go. About 25 minutes on our way out I discovered I had left a personal item behind, I left Faye a message and she replied quickly, and I turned around and retrieved the item. I can’t rave positively about this place enough.

Faye was very accommodating. Everything we could need was provided, the house was wonderful. She even extended our stay as we were celebrating our anniversary and my husbands cancer remission.

Outstanding accommodations in a very quiet area with everything you need; very comfortable; great view from the front porch and the huge picture window in the living room; wildlife in the area (we watched two female elk grazing just feet from the deck); excellent stargazing at night, especially from the hot tub; and only minutes away from great hiking with fantastic views.The host strives to make your visit perfect, and ours was. We will be repeat guests.
