This was a great Venu and the house and grounds were perfectly manicured. The rooms with the king beds was so nice and over the top! The neighborhood, restaurants and stores were really convenient to the address as well.

We really enjoyed our trip here and loved the property. The biggest issue we had was when our access code stopped working and we got locked out of the house at night. That was pretty scary. We had to reach out to the host and they had to remotely let us in. That was a big scare for 7 girls at night. There were other minor maintenance issues which were fixed pretty quickly after being told. Overall, it was a great experience. Just a note to the host. Please do not leave a welcome gift that is expired. It’s better not to give one ….

Great property in a very quiet and beautiful area. Evening walks were lovely. Back yard was spectacular. Secluded and private. Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, spacious, comfy beds, great location. My only complaint was the lack of cleaning supplies- would have liked to clean the countertops and run the dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again!

The layout of this house was amazing for 3 couples. Space between bedrooms gave privacy, and the two large living areas with very comfortable seating gave options for us to be together or separate. The beds were very comfortable! We also loved the variety of outdoor seating, and made use of all of it during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of counter space, and abundant plates, glasses and silverware. The cabinets need some attention, and pots and pans were slim for this size of house. Also no “other appliances” like a mixer or hand blender or food processor at the property. The pool was nice, but….2 broken tiles were a major hazard, no handrail into the pool was also a hazard, and the lack of heating (we said no to the additional daily charge) meant it got limited use, which was disappointing. Communications with the property managers was very responsive, but the pool issues were not addressed during our 2 week stay. Other issues (Keurig and toaster not working) were addressed immediately. I’d recommend an upgrade on the single shot Keurig, though.Overall we had a great stay. This is a nice home in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of areas to walk, great outdoor space and lovely living rooms. For the price, suggest a kitchen refresh and include pool heating. And fix those pool hazards!

Kitchen was lacking a few basic essentials that we expected to be there (i.e. coffee filters) but we understand that that's not always required. House was clean, pool was great- the set up was perfect

Beautiful property Gorgeous, private, well landscaped yard Comfortably furnished Very spacious for a groupThere are several indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Everything is nicely furnished and very comfy beds. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future and would highly recommend to groups that want to be together, but also have some privacy.

This house is great. We had six adults and were very comfortable. It was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and was in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Very convenient location for most things we wanted to do in Scottsdale. Highly recommend! Communication with management was very easy as well.

This is a beautiful home - spacious, well-designed, clean and comfortable. Everything about it was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the putting green and the little trail in the backyard. Since it was winter time we didn’t end up using the pool, but it is beautiful as well - and even fenced for the safety of kids. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. This is a wonderful home and was a terrific place to stay. Highly recommend!!

The house was amazing, one of the best we have ever rented. The host was very responsive. Beds were super comfortable. We were happy that we heated the pool for our stay (late October, beginning November). The putting green was a huge hit with our adult children.
