Pool / Outdoor:
A house favorite, the crystal-clear pool is equipped with all the must-have pool toys, floats (with inflator), towels and sunscreen. We have 6 single lounge chairs, 1 double chaise lounge, 3 umbrellas and 1 canopy umbrella to help you soak up the sun. The pavilion has a large table for 8 with a propane BBQ grill and a Kamado stocked with charcoal briquettes – and stringed with LED lights and BBQ grill light for nighttime use. For those cooler nights, we have 3 propane heaters. An outdoor play ping pong / table tennis, foosball, pass-thru kitchen awning window, 4-person bar top and 4-person table set are featured on the main patio. If you want some private time, relax on your comfortable couch set on the master patio by the yoga area with mats, blocks and stretch bans. For game time fun outside, we’ve got a 5-hole 700 sq. ft. golf putting green with 3 chipping pads with golf balls and clubs at the ready, a 70’ bocce court with glow in the dark balls, corn hole (bag toss), giant Jenga and spike ball. There’s even a little 2-top patio with an umbrella at the end of the bocce court to even more quiet time.

Gourmet Kitchen:
This expansive chef’s kitchen houses a 42” Dacor refrigerator and freezer, 48” propane range with built-in griddle and double ovens, 2-ultra quiet Bosch dishwashers, 2-kitchen sinks w/garbage disposal, a Whirlpool extra-large microwave and Hoshizaki commercial ice machine. Our fully stocked kitchen has a coffee maker (with coffee, tea, hot coco, cream, sweeteners), toaster, mixer, waffle maker, food processor, knifes & silverware, pots & pans, plates, and glasses (including wine and alcohol stemware).

Great Room / Living Area:
Open to the kitchen and game room, this space is perfect for lounging. Spacious seating with convertible queen sofa sleeper, a 65” TV w/cable and streaming services, and a Wii for family sports fun, and a wood burning fireplace (winter months only). We have a pack ‘n’ play and highchair available for use during your stay at no additional charge.

Game Room (challenge accepted!):
The entertaining space has regulation pool table, 14' shuffleboard table w/bowling pins, electronic darts and poker set. Board games and coloring books available for all ages.

Master Bedroom and En Suite:
This large master bedroom features a King bed, propane fireplace, a 65” TV w/cable and streaming services, a Cubie Bluetooth speaker / alarm clock and Blu-ray / DVD player. There’s a patio off the master with a nice table and seating area to enjoy the outdoors. The en suite bathroom includes steam generator w/body sprays, freestanding soaking tub and double vanities. Towels, two robes, a hairdryer, scale, tub caddy and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap) are included.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4:
Each bedroom can be set up with a King bed OR 2-Twin XLs beds; beds have 4 pillows and duvet covers. If you get cold or just want to snuggle, each room has a matching sized blanket and an electric throw. All bedrooms have a 65” TV w/cable and streaming services, a Cubie Bluetooth speaker / alarm clock. Bedroom 4 also has a Blu-ray / DVD player.

Bathrooms 2 & 3:
Bathroom 2 (hallway) shower includes body sprays w/a handheld wand and double vanities with two step stools for children. Bathroom 3 (near bedroom 4) includes a shower with hand wand. Towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap) are included in all bathrooms.

Upon request: Peloton Bike; subscription and shoes required for use. Need 48-hours advanced notice.

Concierge services, including grocery pickup available: Short on time and want to enjoy your vacation? We’re happy to pick up online prepaid grocery orders for you and have them stocked in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry. Enhanced cleaning protocols:
We take a thoughtful approach to set an even higher bar of cleanliness to make sure you and your family has a pleasant – and more importantly safe stay. All linens are washed on hot with detergent and Lysol® laundry sanitizer, and then, dried on steam sanitizing cycle. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, wiped down with Clorox® cleaning wipes and then sprayed with Microban’s 24-hour Sanitizing Aerosol Spray. All non-washable fabrics are treated with Clorox® fabric sanitizer. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer is available throughout the house – as well as Dial® antibacterial hand soap and Dawn® dishwashing soap for the kitchen and laundry room sinks. Air purifiers and humidifiers available upon request.

City of Scottsdale Codes & Ordinance Requirements:
City of Scottsdale Short-Term Rental/Vacation Rental License ID #2023228. AZ Transaction Privilege Sales Tax License ID #21357618. Property shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). Property cannot be used as an event center, wedding venue, or party house. Guest house occupied, but available and offered at an additional price. Noise curfew from 10 pm and after 6 am; civil and financial penalties apply.

Property Rules and Other Information:
Property only available for use by registered guests; fines including cancellation without refund may apply. Reservations are limited to the number of guests in accepted booking. Subletting is prohibited. Additional nights may be added at published rates if available. Primary guest must be in attendance at check in; no third-party check-ins allowed. Government-issued identification required upon check-in. Be considerate of neighbors; outdoor quiet time required between the hours of 10 pm to 6 am. Guests responsible for any fines, tickets and / or violations issued. Noise, occupancy, or other unlawful violations will result in immediate removal from property. Adults (parents and/or guardians) are required to be outside when children under 12 are in the pool. Noise sensors and security cameras on exterior of property. No smoking or pets allowed; a $1,500 cleaning, deodorizing, and a sanitizing fee will be charged. Guests shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and / or loss to the property. Owner is not liable for injury, loss or damage to any person or his / her possessions. The pool can be heated to 83 degrees for $100 per day; a solar blanket will cover the pool at night and when not use to maintain temperature. Heating the pool requires 24 hours’ notice. Ambient temperature at night may affect heating conditions.
