Blue Jay Chalet

What a great property! My family and I had a great time, and spent a ton of time in the game room. will definitely try to stay here on are next trip.

Great family getaway

Very nice place to go with the family and pets. There were extra kids toys and the fenced yard for keeping all safe. The house was clean and easy to relax in.

We had a great stay and we were able to visit with our families who live in the area for Christmas with plenty of room and seating. The Game Room is perfect for all ages. Communication with host was exceptional! Home was filled with all the necessary amenities and bedrooms have quality beds & furniture. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful and cozy cabin

My family and I enjoyed our stay .The place was very clean and had plenty of linens and amenities.Great owner and commutation, the home is very beautiful and plenty of room.The beds were so comfortable everything is lovely furnished we look forward to rent this beautiful home again .

Awesome Place

Place was super nice and relaxing, fireplace inside was amazing while we relaxed and watched football, yard is nice for pets and even in warmer weather would be nice to sit outside and relax with patio furniture they have, host was super nice and answered any questions I had asap, will stay again

We had a wonderful stay here while celebrating my son's 16th birthday! He was originally supposed to go flying (we have a future pilot on our hands!), but the weather was too windy. Thankfully, this home had so much to offer that we still had an amazing time without ever feeling disappointed.The location was perfect—about a mile from the Fun Park, where we took the boys go-karting. We headed back to the house to make dinner while they walked home afterward. The neighborhood felt very safe, was quiet, and absolutely beautiful.The only minor downside was that the upstairs master bedroom was a little warm, but it was also an unusually hot weekend, so it was understandable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Mountain Oasis

This property was exceptional! The house was beautiful and had anything and everything that you could possibly need. The kids loved the game room and spent hours playing there. We have stayed in many Vrbo's and this was by far my favorite.

Comfortable and spacious!

We had a great spring break getaway with our granddaughters and enjoyed the comforts of home. Overall, the Chalet was wonderful everything that we needed was there. The owner was fantastic, she was very is to communicate with and will definitely be coming back to stay here again. The game room in the basement was great it has everything to entertain children and adults.

Escape to cooler temps

The house had a well-equipped kitchen; the beds were comfy; and the TV’s in every room was a nice bonus. We especially loved the game room, which kept us occupied during the rainy afternoons. Loved the quiet neighborhood.

Lovely, quiet stay!

Nice home just as pictured. There was only 2 of us, so we didnt need most of the bedrooms! It should be noted that the master suite is Upstairs, if that is an issue when you are considering a stay. The home is on a dead end street, so it is very quiet. The neighborhood is lovely. Perfect for walking. Great fenced yard for pets or little kids.

The cabin is amazing! The management company, not so much. Had no hot water the last 2 days of our stay. Sent messages through the app with no response. Actually, still no response several days later.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

Blue Jay Chalet was so beautiful. Cozy, well equipped, and very thoughtfully out together.. the view of the tall pines out of the living room/dining area remind you to be present with your cup of jo during the morning and your glass of wine at night. Very well stocked with firewood and the grill also ready to go. The neighborhood is also very quiet and relaxing and offers a good stroll to take. The host in charge was also very responsive and very helpful! Had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend for a family! Ps. There is a game room!

The property is tucked away from the main street offering a nice, quiet getaway. The area is safe and we enjoyed pleasant walks along the streets. The house was comfortable with a nice porch/deck for enjoying coffee and a good book. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We occasionally found the wifi to be spotty and would go in and out on us. Not sure if this was the norm or just a fluke. Overall we enjoyed the house very much!

The inside of the house was very clean. It feels like an older home with the creaky floors, but very adequate for our family. The beds were very, very firm. Our first impression as we drove up was not great because the weeds in the front were knee high and the Pine needles in the backyard were raked into piles and left there. The sand pit in the backyard was unusable because it was filled with rocks and other debris. None of these minor issues prevented us from having a fun family weekend.
