The property was in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself was lovely. We had to travel by car to restaurants, etc. but we anticipated that based on the description of the booking. Two small recommendations I would leave would be to include a few sharp knives for fruits and vegetables, etc. The second would be to add a couple of chairs to the balcony outside. We enjoy sitting out in the evenings and afternoons. To do so I moved the kitchen chair out, put a couple of chairs out there would really add to the small sitting area

Quiet place in nice neighborhood.

Overall stay was pleasant. Property was just as shown and very clean. Owner was very receptive to a few minor suggestions.

Our week away

The basement suite was a great place and location that met our needs for our week away. Convenient to drive to the beaches in White Rock, close to the border for a quick visit to the USA, easy to get to Vancouver proper if necessary. Lots of places to explore in Surrey and places to eat out. Overall it met all our needs! Owner was quick to respond to any messaging.

Good For Couple not for then 2 ppl

The property Was fair to stay for only ppl as they have a double bed the sofa come bed is not so comfortable especially if you r traveling a large distance.

We expected to be within walking distance to White Rock Marine Drive as this is what we searched for. We were disappointed to see the property was not even in White Rock as we had searched. It was Surrey

Very good experience

Single basement suite, covering about 1/2 of the basement area. Complete with large bedroom, bath with tub shower, large open living-dining-kitchen area. Brand new appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and drier. Some small appliances also available. New neighbourhood, but very quiet and private. The unit was spotless. There is shopping with some major stores close by.

Overall our stay was great ! Clean and appreciated all amenities! Just a few things : an outdoor motion light as we were always coming home late each day ( we would forget to turn on the out door light when we left early in morning). More towels… we washed towels everyday . And a box of Kleenex . We appreciated having a washing machine and all the shampoo, conditioner and soap products provided ! Thank you :)

It was a very nice and cozy unit. Owner was very responsive. The unit has no air conditioner but does have a fan. It is very close to the border.
