Phillip Island Car Racing

Lovely place in a very convenient spot. Loved having BWS next door; handy, well lit sign post for our accommodation. Clean, comfortable; I did have to clean the cutlery drawer when I arrived but didn't dampen our spirits. Would stay there again. Can you put a '1' and a '2' on units, save first timers looking wondering; as back unit not obvious.

Amazing

Very clean , modern, well equipped, expesional location in the middle of most amenities and attractions. Very nice view, few minutes walk to surf beach which was very convenient for us.there was no cook top but we could prepare all our meals on the BBQ which also has a burner. Definitely recommended

Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any inconvenience caused. The phone number provided in the booklet was outdated, with the person on the other end becoming upset that their private number was on display. Rubbish service really. It's the small things that do end up being important and this cottage is overpriced for the service provided.

Regarding the electricity, as we discussed during your stay, there was an unplanned area power outage that was unfortunately outside our control. For the kitchen facilities, we aim for full transparency by noting that the home does not have an oven or cooktop in the listing description and including clear photos of the amenities. Additionally, we provide a digital guidebook to every guest upon arrival with our direct contact details. We aren't sure which booklet you are referring to, as our current contact information is listed across all our official confirmation, check-in materials and platforms. We are always available to assist our guests during their stay when contacted via these channels.
