Excellent and safe location close to lots of restaurants and shops. Right around the corner from a mini-market (sells liquor) open 24 hours and very convenient although pricey. Apartment, especially kitchen is thoughtfully stocked. Biggest drawbacks are lack of soundproofing, we could hear neighbors. Also bed is quite soft and provides zero support if you have back issues.

Great place!

We had a very comfortable stay at this place! We did initially have a hard time finding it, but it’s the same building as the Parkers market, which ended up being really convenient! We had a great time walking to all the shops, which was easy to do at this location! We would stay here again for sure!

This is a terrific location. Truly is the center of the historic district. We walked everywhere very easily. I would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Location & Quiet!

We loved the place! Beautiful non-touristy neighborhood close to all the squares, (2 blocks from Forest Gump bench). Great restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the riverfront. Bed was VERY comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat

The door to our unit was not secure, it was held shut by only a small nail, so anyone with a bit of strength could have forced it open. We also had to wash our own towels, and the Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. Additionally, the pool was located at a completely different address than the unit, despite the advertisement implying it was on-site. This felt misleading.

The pool is not located onsite, and we do provide the pool location in the listing so guests can review it when booking. Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect location, everything was just a short walk away. The market below was incredibly convenient. The property had everything we needed and was the perfect size for the two of us. 10/10 would recommend

Perfect Girl’s Trip

The place was so cute and comfortable. It was a little noisy, but their recommendation of using the provided fan while sleeping worked perfectly. I would highly recommend. Perfect central location for all of Savannah’s must sees.

Perfect Location

This apartment put us in the perfect spot for our stay! We visited Savannah without a car this time and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved being above the market too as it was convenient to just grab anything we needed.

This property was perfect for the two of us. Great location. Hosts were attentive just enough. The walls are a little thin and it did get loud sometimes. Still would recommend.

Very nice place in the heart of downtown Savannah!

We really enjoyed the apartment. Plenty of space, and all of the amenities we needed. Nice and clean. Good shower and hot water. Comfortable bed. It’s within walking distance to Collins Quarter, Broughton Street, and all of our favorite spots. Safe location, fairly quiet, and easy to navigate. Highly recommend it!

Great home, great location

My friend and I were in Savannah for a girls trip for just the weekend. We were able to walk everywhere from where this home is located: to Forsyth Park for Saturday morning farmers market and breakfast at Collins Quarters, to River Street, Broughton street for local shopping. Additionally it was clean and nicely updated. It was just enough space for two people. Would recommend to others looking for a weekend getaway in the city!

Nice clean place

A nice place to stay and very walkable to a lot of areas, however, NOISY! Woke up every night to pounding bass coming from cars on the street. Busy gas station below unit 1
