Loved our stay. The location was great. The nice thing about Savannah is that is a good walk around city. When we had an issue, the host was able to offer a quick solution while the issue was being resolved.

Exactly as described. We loved having a designated parking space and a spacious home to come back to at the end of a busy day. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home over 200 years old. We found the place to be enchanting. Location was perfect right in the historic district. Restaurants and most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance for the most part.

Excellent location. We were able to walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Loved having off street dedicated parking. Beautiful area. Property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Amazing property to rent

We loved everything about the bird Baldwin house. It was in the perfect location to explore both Forsyth park and the river walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

30th Anniversary Trip

Great location and great place!

The size of the place was perfect for us. Close to everything yet far enough away if you didn’t want to be in the middle of downtown. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Savannah area. The management group was responsive, and answered all of my questions promptly.

Great Location

Private parking spot included with the unit. The unit is within walking distance to the historic district. The home was beautifully decorated with modern appliances. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

We were able to walk to all our desired locations an especially enjoyed a bike tour. The street was a bit noisy, but we were warned and the location trump that. Thanks!

Loved our stay in Savannah

Loved the character & location of the Bird Baldwin House. So much better than a hotel stay. We could walk to everything and enjoyed time at Tybee island as well. You are able to hear some street noise but didn’t bother us much. Perfect for sister weekend getaway. Great coffee shop next door.

Savannah Trip

Home was lovely, very clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. Beautiful area, very convenient with most attractions within walking distance. Parking spot was a big plus. Street was a bit loud at night but overall, a great stay! Thank you!

Bird Baldwin Forsyth House was well equipped for our stay. Parking on site, comfortable bed, large suite were all great. What they don't tell you also matters. There is no pool on the property, the pool is a 30 minute drive away on Tybee Island. There is no parking nor towels at the pool. This is not disclosed until after you book and pay. Totally misleading description. While the property is situated close to the river front it is also on Liberty Street which is busy 24 hours a day. Not a problem but sleeping was near impossible because of the noise. I understand that the old windows can not be changed but no attempt to reduce the noise and Street lights from entering has been made. A piece of clear plexiglass on the interior would help as well as black out curtains. Before leaving we got a text message saying leave by 10 AM ( no problem ) but also take out the trash. Never had to do that or even been asked that. Paid allot of money for our stay which included fees for cleaning. Southern Belle's misleading description of the property is a problem. We love Savannah, have been there a few times, this was our first in a Southern Belle property and will be very cautious in the future. If you can't be honest, you are hiding something that people should know.
