- 6-minute drive, 18-minute walk to St. Boniface Hospital
- 6-minute drive, 20-minute walk to The Forks
- 6-minute drive to True North Square
- 8-minute drive to the MTS Event Centre
- 12-minute drive to Thermea Nordik Spa

Guest has access to enitre suite. There is a smart lock on the door and the code will be provided upon checking in. Guest will also have access to our parking stall located behind the building.

There are security devices at our location for our security and for your safety.. we do not monitor this 24/7 this is just incase something happens.
