Everything was perfect. Corey the manager was super responsive via text and made us feel welcome. Perfect spot for our family to enjoy the island.

Most convenient location

We stayed here with two little ones, and enjoyed the place a lot. Great location - walk to beach and well maintained neighborhood. Owner is nice too, clear communication, lots of useful info.

All the comforts of home

Great location! Apartment is very spacious and well stocked. Nice sheets and towels and everybody you need for cooking or the beach!

Comfortable bed and 7 min walk to beach

Clean condo and comfortable bed. Only a 7 min walk to our favorite beach. Communication was great and checkin was easy.

Very nice place, we were very happy. Area is very quiet, beds were great. Kitchen was very well stocked. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Can't wait to return!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property! The owner, Valorie, was communicative and helpful. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Just a short walk to the pool and to Poipu Beach, the location was perfect. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Condo

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very spacious! The fresh fruit and stunning flowers that were left by the property manager were amazing! It was very well outfitted with everything we needed for the beach, pool, and kitchen. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great experience

Because of weather conditions and flight delays we decided to extend our stay for a few days and this was the property we were able to find on VRBO for a last minute reservation. The property was very clean and comfortable and is in a fantastic location. Valorie was great to work with and very hospitable. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Location, Fantastic Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was perfect, a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails, while also being in a quiet locale. Further activities and sight seeing were just a short drive away. The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked with beach gear and other amenities. The pool was nice too with a fabulous hot tub. Our host was friendly and helpful, texting us before our arrival and being available if we needed anything. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place to stay in Kauai!!!

Valorie was a great communicator and host! She thoughtfully left flowers and the property had plenty of items to make our stay full of fun at the beach. The property itself was clean comfortable with plenty of space. It was wonderful to have 2 patios to enjoy the weather at night. And it was a quick walk to the beach, where we were lucky enough to see many green sea turtles. We hope to come back to Kauai for more exploration and would stay here again!

Perfect location

The stay was perfect! The condo was clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach! We utilized the beach chairs and towels daily. Pool was strangely a little further away than two closer pools, but still a really short walk. Beds were comfortable, there is a Marge TV in the living room for downtime. Valerie was always available to us if we needed anything but really we wanted for nothing. This will be our go to for our next trip!

Nice Condo & Area

Nice condo in great area. Xumo box for master bedroom didn’t work and remote was dead. Tech savvy sons spent 1 hour getting the Xumo box working. Maintenance person said he would drop off batteries and never did so we had to use some from one of our devices. Twin beds in second bedroom are small if you are not used to them. Beautiful master bathroom and bidets on both toilets. Had to empty the dehumidifier twice per day. Was hard to park the big SUV rental in the units parking spot. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic home!

This is a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and very generously appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bowls, everything you need- we ate in most nights and never lacked for anything. There are plenty of (nice) beach towels, toys and chairs. Flowers and coffee and fruit at check in are a nice touch too! The hosts are very generous by offering up this well appointed place. Location is fantastic. Walkable to beach and to Grand Hyatt. Fun pool and hot tub. Valorie is very easy to work with - check in was easy and her suggestions for things to do were great. Thank you for everything - we will be back.

Wonderful. Beautiful.

Let's just say we didn't travel anywhere around the island. Once we got to this condo and this beautiful resort, we felt no need to go anywhere else. For 8 days, all we did was played tennis, walked to the beach, cooked at the condo and just relaxed. The condo has everything you need including beach toys. The most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes walk from the condo. We had everything we needed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big screen TVs, reserved parking. Best of all, we were in the best part of Kauai (Poipu). We saw the sun set everyday during our vacation. Can't wait to come back here.

Nice Noisy Condo

Nice condo. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Miserable upper floor guest’s. Unrelenting noise for entire stay. We actually thought they were doing construction. But no. There is very poor noise isolation in these condos. Turned a great stay into a so so stay. Dryer broke on last day Nearest laundromat 25 minutes away. Probably will look for a different place for our next stay

After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- Unfortunately, noise isolation is a common challenge in many multi-unit buildings and while somewhat beyond our control, we’re sorry it affected your stay. This is not a typical experience at the home.- The dryer breaking on the last day was unfortunate timing, and we’re having it repaired to ensure it’s fully operational for future guests.We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable stay in the future. Poipu Kai

This was within walking distance of Shipwreck beach and the grand Hyatt. The unit was slightly run down, with difficulties using the patios due to stuck doors and very old stained carpet in the bedrooms. That said, it was large, and the two pullouts in the living room were great. The only pool this unit has access to is one that is sandwiched between the very noisy restaurant and the tennis courts. You also need a key to access the pool, so that was annoying for a large family. We have stayed in many other places that all use a code.
