Casa Porto is a luxury oasis for guests seeking an upscale location with unmatched quick direct gulf access with no bridges or locks! Located within walking distance of upscale Cape Harbor Marina featuring waterfront dining and bar options. This home is all about outdoor living with multiple spots to enjoy the Florida sunshine including a huge outdoor canopied bar, outdoor kitchen, Tiki Hut on the dock, and 2 cable TVs on the pool deck.
On stepping through the front entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the open-plan feel of the living area. The home has a spacious feel, accented with modern décor. The large living area has a wall of sliding doors to the pool deck area. The open-plan kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast bar area plus a casual dining area for 6 persons, plus a wet bar. The kitchen overlooks the extremely comfortable family room and, ultimately, the private screened pool area. The family room features comfortable sectional seating for all the family plus smart cable TV.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom comes complete with king-size bed, smart cable TV, French doors to the pool deck, and private master bathroom. The master bathroom features twin basins, large soaking bathtub, and large walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed with smart cable TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds plus smart cable TV. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and single basin.
Stepping outside to the screened lanai, guests can enjoy the private deck area with an outdoor kitchen/bar area with TV. There is outdoor high-top seating for 6 guests, plus an additional TV so guests can enjoy alfresco dining and entertainment. Stepping down to the private dock area, guests can spend some quiet time under the shade of the Tiki Hut down by the water's edge. A perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Amazing home. Extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent communication with company. Pool was excellent and neighborhood very quiet and safe. Great location with walking distance to Cape Harbour restaurants and marina.

Quiet and Inviting
The house was perfect for our needs. Large master bedroom and bath with two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The pool and patio area were very relaxing. The pool was warm, they heat it to 86 degrees in the winter. We needed to extend our stay for a family member's health issue and Keeley was great about handling the request. Would definitely stay here again.
