Need more room? You'll find convenient pull-out queen sofas in both the office and living room. Traveling with little ones is a breeze thanks to the provided pack ’n play, high chair, and baby monitor.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them in the formal dining area or one of the many inviting seating spaces. Step out onto the expansive lanai, complete with a TV, and soak in the Florida sunshine. Dive into the refreshing heated pool and spa, or head down to the dock to witness truly breathtaking sunsets. Casa Linda was wonderful! Well stocked, beautifully kept, gorgeous location! We spent the week in the pool and hot tub and have zero complaints. Janice was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Hard to choose one over the other. Janice was so nice, house was very clean, the beds super comfortable, furniture clean and in almost new condition. Large covered outdoor area and pool were great with hot tub. Not to mention the wonderful sunsets and water view. Best rental ever!

This property is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of pool toys, the pool lights by the way are awesome! More than enough towels in each bathroom and the kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families with all you need provided. Our hosts were super quick to respond with any questions we had, and very personable. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our trip — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The master bedroom was especially comfortable, and the entire house was very clean and well cared for. Everything was extremely high quality from the appliances to the bedding and towels and blankets. We also really appreciated how well stocked everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and supplies throughout the home, which made our stay easy and comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, with many well-landscaped yards. It felt like a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located.The hosts were excellent with communication — friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this home to others.

Beautiful Florida Home

Great location and pool!!!! The view of the waterways from the backyard is fantastic. It’s a great vacation get away. The home is very well maintained and decorated with nice furniture. It has cozy beds, blankets, and pillows. The appliances are great, especially the refrigerator with its different ice cube settings. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this home again. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and neighboring cities and beaches. Just a 30 minute drive to several airports.

Great Relaxing Vacation!

We had absolutely the best time! This house had everything you could need and more from extra toothbrushes to life jackets! They have thought of everything! They recommended restaurants and were the sweetest people! The beds were so comfortable and they provided lots of towels (including beach towels) and lots of pillows and blankets! They thought of everything! We will return! Also beautiful view of the sunsets on the canal!

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is fully stocked and the entire house was very clean. The garage was also stocked with things for all of our ages to do: fishing poles and tackle box, beach chairs, towels and beach toys, golf put game, pool toys and bikes.The hosts were very helpful- excellent with communication and easily accessible when needed.The view out the back, especially during the sunsets (which is visible when you first walk in the door) is hard to beat!

Spring Break 2025

Casa Linda is a "must stay". Very nice property, wonderful views, clean, up to date, well appointed...I could go on and on. I rent a house in Cape Coral each spring and this is one of the best I've rented. Easy, fast communication with management. Everything is new or in like new condition. Lots of nice touches, like premium soaps and extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. There has been a lot of thought put into the customer experience here. Listing pics and description are very accurate.Will stay again if it is available and the price stays reasonable.

We had such a great stay! The outdoor space was definitely a highlight for us, the pool and lanai area were absolutely wonderful. The pool was large and warm, which the kids loved, and the hot tub was a perfect bonus for relaxing in the evenings. We also really enjoyed having the outdoor TV—it was great for playing music during the day and watching movies at night.The view overlooking the canal was beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed using the provided kayaks to get out on the water, it made the experience feel extra special. We also took advantage of the fishing poles and tackle that were available in the home, which was a fun bonus. Just a heads up for future guests, both residents and non-residents need a fishing license to fish the canals, and they can be a bit tricky to get. The guy at the local tackle shop even laughed when we asked!Inside, the house was just as great. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and it was very well stocked with extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. The only minor downside was that the icemaker was a bit slow for our crew, but it certainly wasn’t a big deal.The home is also located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which made it even more relaxing and enjoyable for our family.The location was very convenient, we felt like we were close to everything we needed without being in a busy area.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!
