Super clean, Kitchen had all the necessary to accomplish our needs. Very quiet neighborhood and the host was amazing since we plan to book.

The house was very clean. The back yard had some garbage from previous people. All in all it was a great house very spacious and comfortable. The pool was great. Only thing is the bedrooms don’t get great air from the air conditioning. They were often pretty hot.It was a great stay and my kids want to stay there again.

We had a same-day turnover before your arrival, and unfortunately we missed it. We apologize for that. As for the bedrooms feeling warm, we wish you had let us know during your stay so we could've sent someone out to check the A/C. We only found out about it from your review. We also looked into it, and neither the previous guest nor our team had reported any issues, but we'll definitely have our team take a look. House was great. Our only complaint was that there was no toaster. Otherwise the house had everything we needed.

This home was perfect for us and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip that combined remote work time and fun with family. The house was well equipped with basic supplies (including the most well-stocked spice cabinet we've encountered), as well as immaculately cleaned. The pool was fantastic.

Very clean, well furnished, spacious and beautiful property. Location a bit away from stores but most things are within 15 minute drive. A little bit of road noise from nearby intersection but nothing bothersome. Amazing pool but unfortunately too cold outside for us to jump in and fully enjoy it. Would definitely stay again.

The house was excellent very well stocked in the kitchen. Property was clean kids loved the swimming pool. The neighbor from Tow Brokers is an arrogant person with looking to cause problems to your vrbo he came to house to complain about the way i was drivng my truck and boat trailer and was very disrespectful i hope doesnt do this to everyone renter you guys have. I have a class A cdl and drive semi delivery trucks for a living so i know what im doing. The stay aas awesome and we would lov to come back thank you so much for the house!!!!

Clean home and beautiful back yard

Everything was very clean about the home. The location was decieiving in the pictures. We had an RV parked right to the back fence overlooking our family as we enjoyed the sunshine, it was a little weird. Also, the property management group scheduled a service repair man to come early in the morning while we were there. It was a huge inconvenience to have to get up and be ready to let in a worker who knew nothing about the problem and wanted us to explain it to him. Other than that and the location, it was a great home.

Cave Creek county home Joy Ranch Rd.

Beautiful property but not as clean as we would consider a place to be. Disappointed at the high cleaning fee and then asked to wash the towels and strip beds to “help them out” I washed most dishes before we used them as there were crumbs in the drawers… stains on the drinking glasses. We used the outside grill once but it was too greasy. The beautiful washing machine smelled terribly of mold. I wouldn’t sit on the bar stools in the kitchen area without putting a towel down as the stains were disgusting. The outside pool lounge chairs need to be updated as they are rusty and not comfortable and the one had no stitching left on the mesh so we didn’t use it. Sad part is there is no pride in ownership but apparently that’s what happens when you rent out your home and the property income takes over. Would we rent this place again? No…too expensive and the fees are too high.
