Just blocks from the iconic Ocean Drive and the beach, guests staying nearby can enjoy world-famous white sand beaches, picturesque Art Deco architecture, and lively nightlife within walking distance. The neighborhood is surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options; Española Way, known for its charming Mediterranean-inspired ambiance, and Lincoln Road Mall, an open-air shopping destination, are both just a short stroll away.

For a more relaxed experience, Lummus Park Beach is minutes away, providing oceanfront walking trails and bike paths shaded by palm trees, perfect for soaking in Miami’s sunshine and vibrant scenes. The trolley runs every 15-20 minutes, is wheelchair accessible, and offers a scenic way to see the vibrant neighborhoods of South Beach.

For broader travel, Metrobus Route 120 and the Route S also run along Collins Avenue, connecting to downtown Miami and northern Miami Beach. Fares are affordable at $2.25 per ride, and frequent users can benefit from EASY Cards for additional discounts. For even more convenience, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, and bike rentals offer a great way to explore the beachfront and parks close by.

Other Things to Note:
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you'll be welcomed with towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not replenish supplies during your stay, so please plan accordingly.

▶ This property is privately owned and does not include daily maid service. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning after your checkout.

▶ Pets are NOT allowed.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Weapons are only permitted for local law enforcement officers.

▶ Trash: Please dispose of all waste in the large trash bins provided.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
