Perfect home in an awesome location

The check-in was smooth. The home was just as described. Everything was great. The home fitted our needs and any questions we had for the owners were answered quickly. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area again.

Outside was a little sketchy but the inside was very nicè! I reached out to the host a few times and never heard back. Overall, great stay.

Good Value

For the price is makes sense. A little underwhelming with the location. Noisy street and a little unsafe. My kids loved the game room, and the inside was cozy. Windows could have used some blinds to help with the son during early mornings. Bathrooms were very nice

Mini vacation

Enjoy the stay grandkids loved the game room & backyard. Close to a lot of stores. Couldn't figurre out the washer&dryer. Bt loved the property an our time there. Would definitely book it again if in twn

Great place to stay

Larry was grate. House was clean and ready for us at check in. $15 Uber ride to the strip. Also a lot of stuff just up the road food and entertainment wise. nice area. The entertainment room was awesome pool table ,air hockey table etc. I will book again when I come back

A great home base

While in visiting Vegas you probably have a lot planned, but having a home base is essential and this home does the job. Easy to access to the sights, but away from the traffic and congestion of the strip or airport. Grocery, gas, and restaurants all nearby. Best of all was when the adults needed some down time, the fun could keep going for the the teens and kids with air hockey, pool, fuseball, and a backyard for playing all included - and all for a great price!

Just what we need it

The host are really good on comunicating with us, the house was clean and it has everything they said on the add, about 7 miles from the strip and very close to stores and restaurants, would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much.

LAS VEGAS

We were there for a volleyball tournament at Mandalay Bay. The drive was very easy from the property. It was very nice to leave the busy hotel and come to a quiet house. We were not really there long enough to truly enjoy the games and such. Nice house and very responsive owner.

In town for RnR Half-Marathon

There was a total of 7 of us- all over 18 and one 16 year old. Came in for a long weekend for the RnR Half Marathon. Great location- close proximity to the strip and downtown. Very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table. The host were quick to respond to all questions and ensure we made it in without any trouble. Key pad entry made it easy for all of us to come and go without having to keep up with a key. Would definitely stay there again.

Family vegas vacation

This accomadation is just ok. We stayed 5 nights. Pros-It is in a decent location. Close to grocery & restaurants, and the strip was 15-20 min away. There is a game room with pool table, air hockey, and video games which was a big hit for my 8 & 10 year old kids, along with a small above ground pool. Cons- it is off of a main street, so you hear car traffic all night. The furnishings are very cheap- sheets are paper thin & no extra blankets, eating utensils are cheapest you can get, barstools are hard metal, forget about opening the back sliding door-needs to be completely replaced. Back porch furniture is decent, however our uncle leaned against one of the wooden poles & it fell out of place. Junky enclosure with no screen, though bugs were not an issue. The shower head in the master shower is for a 4' person- u nearly have to do a back bend to wet your hair, cheap/flimsy sliding shower doors in both baths. The remote that controls the master bed & living room sync to each other so when you try to adjust lighting or fan u have to sit there for 15 min trying to get one or the other to work. We had to completely disarm the alarm system as it kept reading that a door was open & it would not stop beeping- the owners were very prompt answering my phone call though. Tv in living area is super small. Overall, not impressed & i would definitely not stay again.

Everything was clean and as advertised. Couldn't use the pool as the weather was too cold. The gambling room is nice (in the former garage) just the pool table wasn't usable as not leveled and some prior guest ripped the fabric. WIFI is a little tricky to get connected and stay connected (Tipp: Give your devices a fixed IP address). By car about 15 min to the strip. Check for casinos that offer free parking (we used the Tropicana parking but the casino closed for good on the last day of our trip). Despite being on a larger street very quite. Good neighborhood. Clean. All over all I do recommend this rental to everyone and would anytime rent this again when in the area.

Las Vegas stay

The house was in a perfect location for us. We were not there to gamble. Everything is about 30 minutes away so it was great. Construction just started on the street so it was a little confusing to get out of the driveway but not the owners fault. Only thing I would change and that is because I got spoiled from other houses and for me it was great. I would have loved to have coffee and water and shampoos and soap available. Flying in as late as we did I had to run out in the morning to get that stuff. We left some stuff behind so the next guest would have that stuff available for when they stayed. Other wise house was nice. It was perfect for our needs.

Amazing location and something for everyone

My family stayed at this rental to celebrate my son's graduation. It was more than big enough for 4 adults and a five year old. We picked this home due to it's location, it's close to one of the freeways, and the amenities available for the teenager and younger child. The kids spent most of their time in the game room playing air hockey, but also enjoyed the electronic game systems and tried out the foosball table. The adults were a bit bummed they couldn't play billiards, as the table felt was torn and the table itself is very unlevel. The younger child also enjoyed playing outside riding a scooter and tricycle. He was not able to play on the playground equipment, as the plastic pieces were too hot to the touch, and there is no shade until the sun goes down. The owner was VERY quick to communicate and fix an issue with the internet when it went down. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is planning a trip to Las Vegas and doesn't want to stay at a hotel on the strip. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to many stores and restaurants. I will definitely look for this rental in the future if we should plan to return to the Vegas area again.

Perfect place to stay

The house had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Lots of room, big backyard, clean house, fun play room, easy access, close to Vegas activities, and great communication with owner. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay away from the noise

Location is great as there’s everything you need close by. The host was incredibly hospitable and communication was excellent. We loved the home and it for us so well. Most of the activities we went to were nearby but since this was a family vacation it was great to be close but not in the center of Las Vegas. Would recommend for anyone staying with teenagers too!
