Our home is perfectly located within 5 minutes of historic Old Town Albuquerque and Downtown Albuquerque, 7 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport Airport, and within 15 minutes to everywhere in Albuquerque and parts of the city of Rio Rancho.

The home has three beautifully and comfortably designed bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The home can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. The master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with queen beds. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. The living room sofa is amazingly comfortable and relaxing. All of the beds are very comfortably made with plenty of pillows and luxurious pottery barn bedding.

Guests who choose to stay at our home enjoy a fully furnished and fully stocked home. All one needs to bring to enjoy their stay in our home are their belongings, food, and happiness.

Guests enjoy a 65" living room flat screen television with surround sound, stainless steel and gas stove kitchen appliances, endless warm water showers thanks to the homes tankless water heater system, and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Guests are allowed complete access to the home's interior, front, and back yards. The home is secured with a small private front yard and fully fenced and enclosed backyard equipped with shaded table and chairs, bbq grill, and relaxing enjoyment in a hammock under the shade of a tree over a soothing grassy area.

The home is located in a safe neighborhood on a single entry street, perfect for children of all ages. There is nearby access to paved walking and biking trails, parks, and nature center. Located 5 minutes to Historic Route 66, Old Town Albuquerque, and Downtown Albuquerque, 10 minutes to the popular Nob Hill shopping and dining area, 15 minutes to the International Balloon Fiesta Park, 2 minute access to Interstate 40, and less than 15 minutes to the new and exciting Uptown Albuquerque which boasts all levels of shopping including Nordstrom Rack and upscale dining experiences at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse as well as a new state of the art Winrock Theatre.

Children of all ages are welcome. Child's Pack n Play, highchair, and diaper pail available upon request.

Comfortable and Authentic

We had a great stay. Loved the decoration and New Mexican vibe in the house! Kitchen was equipped with essentials.Each bedroom had a TV. It came handy for tired children after a long day of sightseeing!

Perfect Fit

A last minute trip to visit our son that attends UNM and was not going to make it home for the Thanksgiving holiday turned into a very sweet trip. The location was great. My son was still in session and location was close to his campus and his job at the local Target. Property was a perfect fit, my college son gad his own room and my other two teens had a room with two beds to share. Two restrooms help too. Everything was comfy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Property had anything you could want! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, toys and games. Private patio. Close to Old Town, ABQ Bio Park. Horseback riding available nearby,. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely Great

Chevonne and Jason's home was an incredible place for us to stay for two months. The location is perfect for easy access to the Paseo del Bosque bike trail, Bosque hiking trails, and anywhere else in the city. We fell in love with riding the Paseo along the Rio Grande and finding the Bike-In Coffee place. The home itself is super well-equipped with comfortable beds, two great updated bathrooms and a giant TV (as well as TVs in all three bedrooms). This may be a weird criteria for some people, but to have a great set of knives and a well-appointed kitchen made us foodies happy. The home is also very quiet and safe—and the neighbors are nice. Just down the street at the dead end is access to a grassy park and paths along the acequias. Chevonne and Jason are so nice and very responsive. We recommend their home without any reservation.

Felt like home

The house was clean and very well stocked. Patio was great. Location was perfect. We were blocks from grocery, drug store and even a lowes. Close to hwy 25 and 40. We went walking on the nearby trail every morning. We were here for a wedding and this was a perfect home base.

Albuquerque Memorial Day weekend

Our entire family had a great time on this Memorial day getaway. The house was just as listed on the site. Great communication on every aspect. It was very clean and cozy. We would definitely recommend staying at this location.

HORRIBLE RUDE OWNER DONT STAY

Dont stay here Owner Chevelle was ride and tried to tell me i could not check in cause she felt uncomfortable with my family from out of state stay in her house only cause i didnt call her back and wanted to keep my money and not let me stay inhouse after i paid. TThen told me and vrbo customer service that i threatenened her wow.Dont stay

Beautiful home

This place was wonderful to stay in! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and safe. I loved that they had toys for the kids to play with. They even had dozens of magazines and a handful of novels if you wanted. Very wonderful and accommodating. Thank you!

Great spot

Perfect little spot in town. Good location with nice parking comfy beds and great showers. Great living room to chill in and the decor was on point for New Mexico. Would stay again.

Excellent hosts: Kind and flexible

I was in Albuquerque for work and the location of the house was perfect and a close drive to just about anywhere. The bedrooms were cozy and so was the living room. My flight on the last day did not leave until 6pm and the host just let me stay the entire day so that I could work and have a place to stay! That was very generous and kind. I would definitely stay here again when I am in town.
