This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your stay in Albuquerque. With 3 queen beds and 1 full bed, this delightful property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Enjoy the amazing amenities like a jetted bathtub, WiFi, and AC. We think our place will help you experience everything Albuquerque has to offer.

The Master bedroom has a covered balcony with an amazing view of the mountains and the river. Balloons literally float along the river all season long. (See picture from balcony.) Backyard is very private, with a patio set and BBQ grille.

Albertson's, Sprouts, Walgreens, Gas Stations, and restaurants from fast food to dine-in, Defined Fitness, public swimming pool, large park all within 5 minutes. Quick access to Montaño bridge. 12 min to balloon fiesta. 15 from the airport.

This house was a wonderful place to stay. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed anything during our stay. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable for our entire family. We especially appreciated the great location, which made getting around convenient. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we truly enjoyed our time there. My family and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. The house was perfect - four bedrooms. Terrific living space. Large dining room table. And great, fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this home and Host!!!

Great rental. Well equipped house with great rooms and spaces for all. Really appreciate that welcome gift and the coffee that was available.great location to Old Town. We were there over Halloween and they really had some great costumes down there. Also a fairly easy drive to Santa Fe.

Fantastic space!

The house was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It was close to dining and shopping, and not too much of a drive from old town and downtown.

4th of July Reunion

Home was very clean, decorated with some nice antiques, and all furniture was comfortable, not cheap furniture. Provided many extras to make our stay relaxed and enjoyable. Would stay there again and recommend this home to all who are staying in Albuquerque. Location was perfect for our family.

The perfect house!

This house was perfect in every way...from the cleanliness to the location to the decor to the comfort. It was truly like staying at a friends or family member's home. The yard is perfect for pets and the beds and all linens were wonderful. We highly recommend this home and would stay at it again in a hearbeat.

Graduation May 2025

Our Family stayed in this lovely home for our son and daughters graduations. The location was perfect for us being near some of the main roads that we needed to use on our trip. One bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs with the master having the balcony and private bathroom. Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Beautiful view of the mountains and the green tree line of the Rio Grande. The morning we left we had the pleasure of seeing the hot air balloons take off from a nearby park from the upstairs balcony. The host were great and anticipated all of our needs. We would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque.

Great place

This is a great place to stay. Home was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was located right in the middle of all the golf courses we played and close to restaurants and grocery stores. And it was extremely affordable. We will definitely stay here again next time our group is in town.

Very Nice Tim in Albuquerque

The houses in the neighborhood are close together with small yards, but very nicely kept-up. This house was beautiful on the inside. The master bedroom and ensuite were very very nice. Hosts left us a welcome gift, which we have not received from any other VRBO (we have stayed at VBROs in SD, CO, OR, WY and UT). We would definitely stay here again, and would recommended this house and host to others.

Amazing place!

I can’t even believe that I was able to find such a gem for our trip through New Mexico. We made a loop through the whole state, but wanted a place in Albuquerque for three nights to see the balloon fiesta. The host was the best at communicating and helping us learn the area around her home (even before I booked!) The house had amazing features that you don’t find in most rentals. Travel size bath soaps and shampoo, along with plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, ect were such a nice addition. A sweet little gift awaited us upon arrival too. The location was perfect for everything we needed to see on our trip and the neighborhood was quiet and all the neighbors were super friendly. I honestly can’t say enough good stuff about this place!
