Enjoyed stay, close to everything. Well stocked kitchen had any utensil you might need. Only down fall was the 2 bathrooms were on the 2nd floor should have mentioned as we had some in our party which struggled with all the steps. PoolNot very close but accessible . Loved the bikes and beach chairs provided. Downstairs floor needs replacement as it was coming up and cracked throughout bottom level.

April Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Rental Company was very good with communication and the owners manual was descriptive with plenty of information about the property, ammenities, and local spots. The location of the Villas is great for walking and biking in the Coligny and beach areas. Bathrooms are only on the second floor so if steps are a concern it would be a challenge.

Fall on HHI

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HHI is beautiful and having the bikes and beach chairs as part of the rental was perfect. The condo itself is nice and has everything needed. However, the pots, pans, and multiple other things in the kitchen did not look clean. The oven gave off a smell when we turned it on, not sure if it was from what was used to clean it but it did appear as though cleaner was burning off of the coil so we did not use it. The 2nd bathroom tub is in need of repair/replacing. On a different note, there are 2 units being worked on in very close proximity to this unit and the workers started promptly at 8am each morning, which was not ideal given we were on vacation and had no idea about this until we arrived. One final thought, the condo is in a great location and easy to bike to Coligny and other places on the island as well as beach access directly across the street.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 3 oct. 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location, easy beach access, and complimentary bikes and beach chairs during your Hilton Head stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen items, oven, and second bathroom. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication about these concerns during your stay. Had we been made aware, our team would have been happy to inspect and address them as quickly as possible. We also understand that nearby construction can be disruptive while on vacation. Work taking place inside privately owned neighboring units is outside of our control, and we are not always provided advance notice of these projects. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the location made it easy to enjoy the beach, Coligny, and other areas of the island.

Girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My adult daughters and I decided to make a last minute beach trip over Labor Day. The villa was as promised and all instructions were very clear. The bike thing was confusing as you should use bikes with the unit number..not in our rack. We did not visit the pool. It wasn't far from the beach. Easy walk.

Air conditioner

A new unit was installed that was not working properly. It took a few visits and it still did not work right but we were able to keep the unit cool and property management was excellent. It was a problem with the breaker. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.

Fall break 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location! Had a great trip! Beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with cookware. Big plus on the propane grill. Only issues were floors had obviously been patched and were loose in places. Wasn't a big deal. Turntable in microwave didn't spin and ice maker was super slow. Didnt mention any of those things to the company because wasnt a big deal to us. One of the best features of Seascape is having the private bathroom at the beach. Very convenient! Also, loved having the bikes and beach chairs that were provided. I got there Saturday and didn't get in a car until Friday. Would stay there again for sure. Is the 2nd time we have booked through Island Rentals and highly recommend! Already planning our trip for next year and hoping to make 2 trips workout.

Great location, but pest problem in the kitchen

We love this location and the property is so pretty. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access is fantastic. However, there was a pretty serious pest problem in the kitchen which was such a bummer! We opened a few drawers that had roaches, and the garbage can had food in the bottom beneath the bag with roaches and there was often a bug or two on the counter, in the sink and on the stovetop. We communicated with the property manager and because of the system it took a couple of days for someone to come in and spray, but this unfortunately, didn't help very much. It's such a bummer because it's an awesome property at a great location! The property manager was responsive and refunded us our cleaning fee, but still a bummer as we had hoped to cook more but we didn't want to in this kitchen!

Seascape Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this property except the bug problem. The location was ideal and the villa had everything that you would need for a perfect stay. The bikes were a huge bonus. There were nice beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beach umbrella was busted so we purchased a new one and left it for future guests! The only issue we had was the cockroaches in the kitchen. Per other reviews, it appears that the previous guest had issues as well and the pest control folks had been there prior to our visit. We notified the pest control folks about the bugs so that the unit could be treated again after we left. Hopefully they can get the pests under control since everything else about this villa was great.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and super beach accessible. There were an abundance of kitchen utensils, cups, wine glasses, & plates. This made the stay very comfortable. The patio was wonderful and an easy walk to the pool. Having the grill was a nice addition and we ended up grilling one night. The bathrooms are tight so if you’re sharing with multiple people that might be tough but it was just my husband and I. Navigating the TV was a challenge (since we’re not super tech savvy) but once we figured it out it was a breeze.
