Renovated and professionally decorated 3 bedroom (with an additional study/nook with a queen bed), 2 ½ bath townhome with a casual beach cottage feel. Just steps away from Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops and restaurants. Only a short 5 minute stroll (1 ½ blocks) to the spacious and open beach and the new Coligny Beach Park (a must-see) with beautiful hardwood boardwalk, showers, changing stations, gazebo, and geyser-style fountain.

Two Master Bedrooms with King Beds and 46” HDTVs. Spacious Guest Room with Double Bunk Beds to comfortably sleep four. Additional room/study with Queen Bed.

Lovely condo - homey decor, clean and super comfy! Perfect for our family of 6 to get away and still have space of their own! The location is fantastic. Bike or walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay. The location is ideal for an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed.

Cleanliness and communications were impeccable, the unit was close to everything.Our family has 3 little ones. I did not realize the amount of unprotected stairwells in this unit. My fault I suppose that I didn’t read the description close enough. It was a huge problem for us with the little ones as well as myself. I was unable to get to either of the upper floors and constant concern of the kids falling down the stairwells. With all that being said, the host is very responsive and listened to our concerns and it was understandable why he couldn’t refund any part of our monies, as this is a business for him. If you are able to navigate stairs with ease this is your go to place !

Very nice. Very close to Coligny Shopping and the beach. Excellent place for families with children with the 2 sets of bunk beds. Nice pool.

Great property, centrally located to Coligny. Everything was within walking distance (beach, restaurants, bars, shops, children's museum). The place was clean, easy check-in/check-out instructions, and spacious enough for our family of 6 (with room for 2 more comfortably). Extra bonus, the patio led right out to the communal pool, so made it super easy for the kids. Our 14yo loved the bonus bedroom with the slanted ceiling, only drawback being it gets really hot in there. The addition of a fan or portable A/C (like the one in the other 3rd floor bedroom) would make it perfect.

We are so glad this guest enjoyed our villa! We don't advertise what this guest called a bonus bedroom as a bedroom. We call it a study/nook and there are numerous fans in the closet.

Host communication was prompt. Location was excellent. The villa was clean and comfortable. Wish the downstairs bathroom door shut and locked completely but other than that, we were beyond pleased.

I am glad you chose to stay with us. I am sorry you think it needs a deep cleaning. I will communicate this to our cleaners. With the back to back rentals throughout the summer and fall, it is hard to get a crew in there for a deep cleaning, but we will look closely at what needs to be done in get it in great shape!

My wife and I are originally from Kingsport, TN and Winston-Salem, NC, respectively. I attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville while my wife attended Appalachian State University. We live in Charlotte, NC but love the beach! We bought this place in 2011 and completely remodeled and renovated it for not only our family, but for your family, to enjoy. We have made many great family memories in this cottage/villa. We have also enjoyed bringing both friends and family to Coligny Cottage. There are so many wonderful family things to do on this island and many of them are within walking distance of our front door.

When we bought this property, we did not realize at that time what a great and perfect location this is. We often come here and park our car and never get in it again until we are ready to go home.
