You don't need to stay in the square to enjoy Sonoma! Carneros Barn House is ideal for four or more travelers that want to enjoy space, privacy and wine country living. The modern, two-story barn-style home is complete with two spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, outdoor area and more. Centrally located just minutes between Sonoma (10 minute drive to downtown) and Napa (15 minute drive to downtown) centers, this is a perfect home base for sightseeing, wine tasting and day trips. We are less than 10 minutes from Carneros Resort and Spa if you are attending a wedding there.

Downstairs, the great room has beautiful vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and a comfortable sleeper sofa that has a Full size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the loft area has two single convertible sofas and a Smart TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO GO/Showtime. An overhead fan, remote shades and AC keep everyone cool during the summer. The spacious master bedroom is complete with King size bed, wardrobe and dresser. The ensuite bath has a rain head shower and jetted soaking tub with postcard views. The deck just outside the bedroom offers an ideal place to have your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine and enjoy the vineyard views. And, don’t miss the rear patio, which also offers sweeping valley views and epic sunsets year round.

If you are a pro or home cook, you will love the kitchen; complete with professional grade Viking range, Sub Zero fridge and gourmet cutlery and utensils. Plan your gourmet meal, stop at one of the several organic grocery stores in the area, or, pick up some delicious pre-cooked items instead. We can even connect you with chefs in the area. You can dine in several areas, including the breakfast sunroom, the large dining room or outside picnic/dining table area, with professional Weber grill, table and umbrella. Want to go out? No problem. There are many restaurants nearby – including a diner, distillery and wineries just a short walk away.

Your rental includes use of luxury linens, earth friendly toiletries, combo washer/dryer, paper supplies, hair dryers, a pack 'n play, and an iron/board. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies. Our High-speed Wi-Fi even works outside! The provided rental guide contains a curated list of fabulous restaurants and wineries in the area to help plan your stay, personally visited by the owners. Bikes are also available.

A one-acre vineyard (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) is planted on the property. Vineyard workers may be on the property tending to the vineyard.

Due to health concerns no animals are allowed in the home.

Great House, Great Location!

This was the perfect place as we were looking to enjoy both Napa Valley and Sonoma. The property was clean, beautiful and very well located. We took advantage of the owners offer to utilize the herb & vegetable garden on a couple of our evenings in and the kitchen was well equipped. There were 4 of us(2 couples), and the house was set up well and spacious enough for all.

Perfect Get Away!

The home is ideally located between Napa & Sonoma making it easy to visit both regions. It has all of the amenities needed with gourmet stove, outdoor BBQ, & kitchen cookware making it easy to cook at home and opportunity to enjoy the outdoor patio in the vines! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We stayed here with another couple and the 2 story setting was perfect so we all had our own space. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Short but sweet

Amazing house in a perfect location. The owners (Tom and Krissy) were very helpful and accommodating. We unfortunately were there as the corona virus was in its infancy phase. We had to leave a day early to fly back home and they were extremely understanding and refunded us one day. We definitely want to come back and stay at this beautiful home. Thank you Tom and Krissy!

Peaceful Abode perfectly located between Sonoma & Napa

Beautiful property inside and out - surrounded by vineyards and with Alpacas and Goats just next door to visit! Quick drive to either Napa Valley or Sonoma, beautiful kitchen and a great room with fireplace to hang out with your friends/family. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks Tom and Krissy.

Convenient place to stay

The house was fantastic. It was exactly as described. Neatly decorated and comfortable. They truly had everything that we could need at the house. The location is fantastic for going to either Sonoma or Napa. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice home and a pleasant stay.

We spent a week in the Barn House and had a great time! We used the kitchen for breakfast every day and for dinner a few times during the week. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the appliances were great and easy to use. Everything in the house was maintained and in working order. We had a few questions for Tom and Krissy that were answered immediately. Your help was appreciated! It is a quiet neighborhood with great views of the surrounding vineyards. We took a nice bike ride on the bikes provided on the property. Very conveniently located in the wine country. We were able to visit our favorite wineries in Sonoma and Napa. We enjoyed dinner at some nice local restaurants in both cities. Short drive to both. The weather was cool and windy in the evenings which was a nice change from Florida in May. I highly recommend this property and appreciated the help we received when we needed it.

Lots of room to stretch out and visit. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. Hansen Vodka in walking distance for when you need a break from wine. Hosts were wonderful.

Tranquility and Style - Utterly Fantastic!

Carneros Barn House feels special as soon as you step out of your car. From the fresh herb garden near the kitchen door to the fully equipped kitchen to the wonderful fireplace and outdoor lounge, this property encourages you to slow down and unwind. Tastefully decorated without sacrificing an ounce of comfort, it's clear that the owners really want this to be a special place for you to enjoy. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there's plenty of space to make yourself at home for a few days - or more if you're lucky! Carneros Barn House is an incredible escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life and I can't wait to go back!

Perfect stay. Great house and amenities

Tom and Krissy were so great to deal with. They were very communicative. The House was absolutely perfect for us. The bikes were used all weekend. Everything you need for the kitchen was there. Definitely a great spot if you want a super clean, well appointed house with all the Bells and whistles.

Beautifully outfitted and excellent location!

The Carneros Barn House is a little piece of heaven. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. The towering windows provide breath taking views of sunsets and the surrounding area. Oh, and THE KITCHEN! If you like to cook, hit the Sonoma farmer's market and make yourself a gourmet meal. The location is also ideal-- just a short drive to many wonderful wineries and downtown Sonoma. Truly, we had a fantastic time and will definitely visit again!

Amazing, Relaxing, Perfect home

We were two couples celebrating birthdays in Napa and recently stayed at the Carneros Barn House. It was the perfect getaway from it all. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sitting by the fire pit at night with a glass of wine. The Barn House was in between Napa and Sonoma on a quiet road away from the crowds. It had everything we needed for a great stay! Thank you so much, we enjoyed it immensely.

Awesome country barn with all the ammenities

We stayed with a family of 6 for my son's 21st Birthday and had such an amazing time. The home made it all that much more memorable as we were able to sit and relax in the peaceful setting and share our time together. The entire home is awesome and gave us great ideas for even our own home. The kitchen and breakfast area started our day off each day with the beautiful sunrise and cool breeze through the windows. The big dining table allowed us to gather and share dinner, drinks and conversation. Location is in between Sonoma (10 min away) and Napa (20 min away). We visited both plus made our way to Castello di Amoroso (castle winery- 30 min away) and lunch in St. Helena. We will definitely visit again and stay at the Carneros Barn House again- hopefully it is available. Thanks again- we made great memories.

Amazing and gorgeous house!

I have to say that Tom and Krissy's house was nothing less than amazing and gorgeous! You can tell that each and every details were fully thought and if you want to spend a couple of days in a house full of tasteful small little details all around, this is where you need to go! We were discovering some new ones every day :-) We highly recommend staying in this marvelous property.

Couldn't have asked for more!

This rental more than surpassed our expectations. Not a single detail was overlooked and the home was kept in meticulous shape. We will definitely be returning to Napa/Sonoma and wouldn't even think about renting anywhere else. We instantly felt at home within just minutes of arriving - you're surrounded by vineyards and just minutes into town. What more could you ask for?!

We loved The Carneros Barn House

Spacious and well appointed. Quiet and open location with expansive views of the surrounding farms and vineyards. We loved the back sitting area with fire pit, spent hours catching up and enjoying the cool breezes. In the evening, opening up the windows and bringing the outside in, so refreshing. We hope to be back soon. Special thanks to Tom and Krissy as they have gone to extra lengths to ensure that all info about the house is clear and thorough. Wonderful house perfect location!

Nicely decorated with an awesome renovated kitchen. Location was perfect for getting to wineries in bothe Napa and Sonoma. The detailed manual for the house was better than Google. Answers to everything all in one place. Next time we’ll stay for a week.

Fantastic house convenient to Napa and Sonoma

Along with a group of friends, I stayed at the Carneros Barn House for 4 nights. We loved the space, location, and accommodations!! The house was in pristine condition and very clean. It had a really nice layout and could sleep the 4 of us very comfortably. The kitchen was very impressive and overall the design of the house made for a very relaxing getaway in wine country. The house sits on a nice property that adds to the experience-- offering picturesque views over a morning cup of coffee and clear view of the stars in the black of night. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice trip in Napa/Sonoma.

Perfect!!

Chose this property for 2 couples visiting Napa and Sonoma for the first time and it ended up being the perfect fit for us. It is the best house for 2 couples, great size beds and perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms with a great layout. Check in and check out process was easy and the owner was available to quickly answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. You can tell the Home is well cared for and everything you could ever need is available for you to use. The outdoor space is also beautiful and the location is perfect. I do not have anything negative to say about this property and it left a wonderful impression on all of us. We will most certainly be back!

Great Retreat
