This completely renovated 2 OR 3 bedroom home is a contemporary farm house located down a short private lane that reminds one of a bygone time just 2 miles from downtown Hendersonville. Guest are amazed at the at how quite and peaceful the setting is.
The price listed is for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed). PLEASE CONTACT if you would like details on the 3rd upstairs bedroom (King Bed). All bedrooms have private custom bathrooms, HD Smart TV, wireless Wi-Fi. There is a gourmet kitchen with a huge private deck for entertaining.

Cleaning Pledge-Our cleaning team (Rosa and her crew) have done a terrific job over the years (15) keeping the places spotless. Guest frequently commit on how clean our properties in their reviews.

Amazing farmhouse!!!

This place has it all. We visit the carolinas for the past 15 years every winter and summer and there is always something off with our stays. This time everything was perfect..from the kitchen to the bathrooms..the size of every room. We will for sure be back

Beautiful Vacation Rental

Spent several nights and can’t say enough about this beautiful home! Nice quiet location with comfortable deck with plenty of pretty flowers! The home was super clean and had absolutely anything you may need during your visit! Also Chad was always available and accommodating!

Quite a Farmhouse! More like a mini-resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and peaceful surroundings throughout. Our host person and host canine were as accommodating as can be. We can't wait to go back for our next visit.

What a great place to stay!

We wanted to find a nice play to call our base while we explored Hendersonville, NC. This was an amazing choice! Minutes from downtown, in a quiet area, very roomy with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Getaway

This was the 5th time I have stayed at one of the Featherstone properties. They are immaculately maintained and a comfortable place for a relaxing getaway. Convenient location for day trips to many sites and Hendersonville has many great restaurants! We will be back!

Wonderful!

Featherstone was the perfect serene, secluded, and safe setting for our girls long weekend stay! So much attention and detail went into the well appointed kitchen that included cookbooks and anything you would need to create a gourmet meal. The decor was beautifully unique and welcoming with every amenity that we could need. The cottage was set privately off the road, but was within a short drive to downtown historic Hendersonville, Asheville, Flat Rock, Saluda, DuPont State Park and wonderful hiking trails and restaurants. Chad, our host, along with his dog Izzy, welcomed us and were readily available for any questions or recommendations. Best experience we’ve ever had!

It’s just a perfect place.

This is our second stay at this location and when traveling to Hendersonville, it’s the only place we will stay. Such a great little house. It’s decorated so cute and you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. It’s furnished with anything and everything you may need. The location is great because it’s away from any congestion but close enough that you can visit nearby attractions within an hour or less. Chad is a great host and this time we were able to spend some time with his sweet dog that came for a visit. I highly recommend this to anyone that may be traveling to Hendersonville. Thank you Chad for another great visit.

Home away from home….

We’ve just returned home from our third stay at the Farmhouse in the past year! The home is comfy and extraordinarily clean. It’s close to town but set back away from town on 3 private acres along with the owners quarters and 2 other rental units. Chad is a joy to work with and checking in is easy! We absolutely love this place!

Great spot

Really enjoyed Birdland! House is cute, with lots of space. Had a few small issues and office and maintenance staff were very helpful in getting things taken care off. Read other reviews prior to arrival, so we packed our own kitchen items just in case. Would recommend bringing extra towels or call office to have some brought out, depending on how big your family is. Would definitely recommend and plan to rebook in the future!

Nicest house we've ever stayed in!

Featherstone is tucked away on an expansive piece of property, giving it a rural feeling. The spacious house is beautifully furnished, equipped and decorated, and our interactions with Chad and Izzie contributed to our enjoyment. If there's a downside, it's that we would like to have had walking trails close-by, but there's plenty of hiking and walking a short drive away in every direction.

Ringing in 2023 Family Style

The property was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It is a close proximity to downtown Hendersonville, Dupont State Park, Pisgah National Forest and Asheville. Chad and his dog Izzy are wonderful hosts and available to answer any questions you have about the property or make recommendations for restaurants/things to do in the area.

Perfect Vacation Week!

This was my second stay at Featherstone and my first time staying at the Farm House. Chad and Izzy are great hosts! My cousin and I enjoyed a very relaxing week at this beautiful property. The house is immaculate, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is a cook’s dream! The beds were extremely comfortable. The heavier bed linens were appreciated since it was a very cold week! The property is beautiful and feels secluded, all while being very close to Hendersonville’s city limits. There are so many things to see and do in the area. We hope to return again next year. Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful property! It was extremely clean. Very thoughtfully decorated and cozy. Perfect location and near to a farm wedding we were attending in Hendersonville. We loved it and enjoyed the fire pit area as well. The communication was great. We appreciated having our own bedroom and bathroom as there are multiple suites.
