Situated in the sought after Country Club East neighborhood of Pebble Beach®, this fully updated single-level, 1900 sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath property sits on a large lot with front and rear patios. Located close to MPCC, the Inn at Spanish Bay, numerous golf courses and the Pacific Ocean.
This location is a perfect home base for exploring all around the Monterey Peninsula and up and down the central California Coast from Big Sur to Santa Cruz and beyond.
Two separate living spaces each with its own candle-lit decorative fireplace adds to the charm and sophistication of this home. New wide plank wood floors, completely updated interiors and bright, inviting living spaces welcome guests to the exclusive Pebble Beach® lifestyle.

Just off the living room is a large upper deck overlooking the back yard. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, you will be drawn outside. The lower level back patio makes for a nice outdoor destination on the property. The back yard is fenced.
Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped to craft in-home meals. The adjoining dining area seats 6. Gather around the table to make memories over shared meals and games.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms have California King Beds and quality linens.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination. Both bathrooms are completely updated with modern finishes and fixtures.
The garage has a laundry center with a utility sink, space to park 1-2 small vehicles and storage for your golf clubs. Off street parking is available in the driveway for 3-4 additional vehicles.

Nicely remodeled house with a great floorplan. The location is very quiet, but not far from the restaurants and shops at the Inn at Spanish Bay. Everything was as described in the listing.

House was very clean, accommodating, comfortable and inviting. However, the kitchen underwhelmed. If you like to cook, bring your own pans, spices, fats and coffee. If laundry is expected, bring your own dryer sheets.

Loved our stay here. Very clean home in a nice and quiet location. My only suggestion would be to improve the non-stick frying pan and stock some basic spices. But still - 5 stars and would be back. Great for a family visit or a golf trip!

Wonderful Place!
Loved staying here. It was very well located, close to the beach, Spanish Bay, the bag piper at sunset, close to the 17 mile drive and to Carmel by the Sea. Will stay again!!

Lovely Quiet Stay in The Forest
Great house layout for two couples to relax and enjoy local shops, dinner, biking , golfing, site seeing. Quiet location.

Great cottage!
We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as described and was safe for our two young sons (3.5, 1.5). Would definitely recommend for other families with young children.

Golf trip get away

Pebble Beach Golf and Family Fun
It was great. Perfect size for my wife and I and our two adult kids. Clean, great location to access the golf courses and the local restaurants.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable home for our family of six. FYI: expect a daily, per-car entrance fee for this area of Pebble Beach, and verify curfew rules before you head out - we were notifed by the Pebble Beach rangers of a 6:30 PM driving "curfew” but were unclear on this rule.

Thank you for your kind review! The Pebble Beach community operates with gated access, and the famous 17-Mile Drive has specific, regular access hours for tourists. 17-Mile Drive Gate Hours are officially open to the public from sunrise to sunset. Outside of these hours, visitor access is restricted to residents and guests with lodging reservations. Our understanding is, once guests pay for the day, they can go in and out as much as they want within the same day; no "curfew". Just be sure to tell the gate guards the address of where you're staying. Hope this helps!

We loved the house & location. Walked to the ocean at Spanish Bay every morning! More impressively was Sanctuary Rental Properties prompt and professional response tosome housekeeping & plumbing issues. Everyone did a great job to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay.

Lovely home in great location!
Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!

quick family vacation
We absolutely loved the home! The home was spotless and well stocked. The one compliant we had was in the living room area and kitchen area there were some ants.

Beautiful place
Every detail was excellent at this home! It is an amazing home with quality accommodations in every room. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and living space. a kitchen with everything needed to make home cooked meals - including cookbooks!Clean, beautiful layout and quiet street and neighborhood.

We had five women over the ages of 70 staying at the house. It was very comfortable. It was easy to come in and out of and bring our things in the beds were comfortable. We have one person who uses a walker and didn’t want any steps so this fit the bill for that. We would highly recommend this house or stay in Pebble Beach.
