This property was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. The home is exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5 attending a nearby wedding. The home was clean, well stocked for cooking with a small array of spices. The seating was comfortable the house big enough for everyone to spread out. We would definitely rent again. The communication with the host was excellent, thorough and timely.

The drip coffee pot was missing but Larry got one to us overnight. He is very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Great location, 10” walk to the coast.

This property was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Most properties feel a little like a hotel because they are sort of bare as far as decor & furniture, but this property felt more like a second home. My family felt immediately cozy, comfortable and right at home. Plenty of blankets, a fireplace, a large living room. The location is perfect as only about 15 minutes from everywhere. The beach is a short walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Communication from the owner was very quick. Very easy access checking in and out. Plenty of instructions for the thermostat, lights, tv, etc... Honestly felt like you were staying in a friends home.I will 100% be coming back to rent this property again! Can not say enough great things about it!

This was our third stay at this property. We come to Pebble Beach regularly and if this property is available we will always try to book it. It is the most comfortable and beautifully maintained property in this area. It is also very close to the ocean. Larry is wonderful to deal with. Couldn't ask for more.

We were celebrating one of five Sister 75th birthday. The home was immaculate and the grounds beautiful. We already said that if we go to Pebble Beach, we want to stay there.

Lovely property

This is a beautiful hom e with absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and we needed for absolutely nothing. Gorgeous surroundings and lovely home with very high end everything! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for the family. Would stay again.

Amazing stay in pebble beach

Very clean and well appointed home. Excellent location walking distance from seal rock beach and some of the best golf courses in the world. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent home and location

We loved everything about our stay. Larry gave detailed information about the home, and it was smooth and easy to access. The home had all of the basics to get started, and we especially enjoyed the fire pit and barbecue in the courtyard. We look forward to returning in the future.

A fantastic stay

We had a brilliant time at Larry’s beautiful property. It’s perfectly located to explore the surrounding area, in amazing condition with every amenity you would need and Larry is the perfect host - very informative and responsive. I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone looking to stay in the Monterey area.

Nice location and plenty of space for family

6- minute drive to Pebble Beach and easy walks along Spyglass, Cypress Point, and Monterey Peninsula. Quiet for sleeping and enjoyed outdoor patio space for coffee and family conversation.
