Great Location!

Great property in a great location. Close to downtown and the airport. It was a perfect alternative to hotel rooms for a business trip with a coworker.

Great location for what we needed!

We needed a space to allow us to move out of dorms and celebrate graduation with family. This property fit the bill! Grateful for the quick and easy communication with POC.

Our Vacation weekend..

The place was great! Lots of extra supplies, such as cooking dishes, extra blanket and pillows, and shampoo and conditioner.

We were able to sleep our extended family of 10. The air conditioner was a loud but kept the house very comfortable. The pictures make the place seem larger than it is. We were a bit cramped but made it work. The nearby park is really great.

Very disappointing!!! AC is water cooler with no water feeding it. Couldn’t keep the house cool and they had zero fans. This place is also a fire hazard. Extension cords were everywhere and in the open easy for toddlers to get too. Pictures don’t show all of that. It looked totally ghetto when we first pulled up because the blinds are bent and broken throughout the house. Neighborhood is also not a good part of town. Floors, patio & entry were absolutely filthy! We had toddlers crawling and they were filthy after an hour. I would have mopped them if I could have found a mop. In the picture you see on sq ft area that I cleaned and this was taken about an hour after we arrived. I should have called VRBO the moment I arrived but only didn’t because I didn’t want the hassle of trying to find another place at the last minute and I was only staying for 2 nights. The kitchens and baths were as pictured and were fairly clean. Yet dirty floors made whole house feel dirty. Entry and patio were not inviting and dirty too. This house is not being maintained well. When they remodeled, they put lipstick on a pig. Wiring should have been brought up to date but outlets were scarce which tells me that it was a cosmetic remodel only. I do not recommend staying here. I wish I would have walked the first day because the longer I was there the more deceived I was felt. Takes the cake of the worst place I’ve ever rented.

Comfortable but not as described

Pulling up it was obvious that the property had not had a visit from a landscaper in months. The weeds were literally 3-4feet tall and all over the place in both front and back yards. The house was clean inside and decorated nicely. We noticed a possible water leak in the backyard and realized quickly that it was actually raw sewage and the clean out had come off. Sewage was all over the yard. Called the owner and he advised a plumber would arrive in 30 min. We waited over three hours, no call, no show and only one semi working toilet. We had to cancel dinner plans, couldn’t shower and weren’t sure if we would be able to stay. Wound up going out to eat, nullifying our need for a kitchen and the food we bought to cook.. Texted the owner in the morning to advise that no one showed up. Got a response that he would call when they open. Finally someone showed up and got everything working by 9am. Too late for us to do our planned ride with friends so our trip was spent sitting around instead of adventuring through the mountains as planned. Couldn’t use the backyard because no one came and cleaned up the raw sewage the entire stay. Oh and if you’re looking for the kitchen light switch, it’s hidden behind the fridge. Hoping the owner steps up and refunds half our stay due to the inconvenience and us having to cancel our actual plans. Drove 8 hours to not do what was planned was a real down turn.

Our experience was highly satisfactory. The communication from the host was exemplary, the property was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and the beds provided a comfortable sleeping environment.
