Beautiful house right in town and just a few minutes walk to beach. We had a great time surfing and really enjoyed the pool. House is well stocked with extra towels, blankets, and kitchen stuff. No dishwasher and no A/C in living room but you get used to it because everything is open air in Nosara. It was nice that the bedrooms had A/C. The TV connects to Netflix and Prime Video which is great for family movie nights. It was really nice that the house was cleaned mid-week and the pool was cleaned twice. I highly recommend for a family vacation!

This place is perfect. So close to the beach, the pool is amazing and the outdoor shady lounge area is wonderful. It’s my second visit to the house and hope to return next year It’s close to restaurants too.

Read the description carefully the living room area and kitchen does not have Air-Conditioning. Unfortunately, because of the proximity to neighbors dogs bark a lot during the night.

Amazing location. And fun beautiful place.

Outside area is amazing for entertaining and family time. The location couldn’t be better. House management was super responsive.

Love this place!

Can’t beat the location and the house is great! There is no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen but you get used to it. Also there is a lot of parking for your ATVs etc! Will be staying there again next year!

Vacation Nosara, the property managers were fantastic to deal with. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The property was beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. The only downside would be that the kitchen isn’t very well stocked and the appliances are a little worse for wear. Other than that 100% recommend. We loved it and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool.

Family vacation in Nosara

Beautiful house, very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We could have brought several more kids with us! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Our only very minor issue was the need for warmer linens on the beds. The blankets were thin and we doubled them up and were fine. Vacation Nosara was very communicative and helpful with booking excursions and answering questions. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful house

The house was perfect Best location in town. Steps to the beach. Also located beside the best breakfast place, Destiny The AC in the bedrooms made sleeping lovely House was clean. Pool was large enough for my teens to swim and play. Lovely shady sitting area outside We shall return. Thanks for a wonderful March break. Niki

The Host was supposed to meet us when we arrived or at least their agent, but nobody showed up. We had to contact them as the ground floor toilet door lock was broken, we did not know how to operate fans.The fridge did not make ice. Outside furniture was missing.

The unfortunate part is the property actually has a lot of potential. The location is fantastic and the property manager was very responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately the house itself is in serious need of attention.The home needs a very deep clean. The mattresses should be replaced, the sheets feel extremely rough, and the blankets are worn out. Several of the refrigerator shelves were already cracked and had been glued back together, and they broke again during our stay. There is no dishwasher, and the random mismatched silverware feels like it was pieced together from leftovers rather than set up for guests.The pool area itself is great and the shade structure is a nice feature, but the pool was consistently filthy. The pool service only came once during our week stay. We ended up cleaning the pool and deck two to three times a day just to make it usable. It also seems like there may not be a functioning filter because the water stayed very cloudy the entire time.Inside, the main level has concrete floors that are heavily stained and did not appear clean. The couch is very old, very dirty, and the pillows are badly stained.Again, the location is excellent and the property manager was quick to respond, but the house clearly suffers from deferred maintenance. With some basic investment and proper upkeep this could be a great rental, but in its current condition I would not recommend staying here.

Fabulous Nosara Property

I want to pre-face this review by stating: If you are concerned about construction noise, then Nosara probably isn't the place for you. The whole town has construction projects everywhere and noise is inevitable. Also, please know that you are in the Jungle, so you will encounter bugs, inscects, ect. So, again if that bothers you may want to rethink location. With that said, this house is an amazing property and in a PERFECT location. Super close to the beach trail and easy access to lots of restaurants and stores. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms have air-conditioners. We got tons of use out of the gorgeous pool, and the outside patio has a nice large table and grill area. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt very safe and used the alarm and safes as needed. You really can't go wrong with this house. We can't wait to go back and stay, again. The management company, Vacation Nosara, was so welcoming and accommodating. From start to finish, they made our stay seamless. They are easy to communicate with and had answers to all our questions. They even have a concierge service that will book reservations, day trips, ect. Thank you Vacation Nosara for a great stay. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful stay at Neuva Vida!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. Our family of 5 plus my 2 in-laws stayed at Nueva Vida. The house was awesome! The living/dining area was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the beach or hangin out in the amazing pool/patio area at the house. The living area doesn't have a/c so we spent most of our time in the patio area during the day where it was cooler. Otherwise, the bedrooms provided a nice retreat from the heat, if needed. The house was so relaxing and very accessible to everything in town. The house is positioned between other houses and a hotel (La Negra) so there was no active construction as stated in an older review. Despite being surrounded by other buildings, Nueva Vida felt very private and safe, and there was plenty of desginated space for parking a car and a golf cart. The house was very close to the beach access path. It was easy to walk to the beach for an hour of surfing or swimming, and then go back to the house to rest, dip in the pool or eat. Destiny Cafe was a short walk and had delicious breakfast options, smoothies and coffee. There were many other great restaurant options nearby, too. The management company, Vacation Nosara, was also great to work with and very responsive to any questions or problems we had. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house after business hours, and they sent someone to help right away. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay at Nueva Vida again!

This property should not be for rent as it is in the middle of multiple construction

Before booking I had asked about construction.They ignore my question and let me tell you jack hammer all day.The management company are top and change us to another property the following day.our arrivalTHIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET

Beautiful home, as close to Playa Guiones as you can get!

Home is beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 5, but we could have invited another family to stay with us, there was so much space! Covered patio with pool was a beautiful oasis from the sun and heat (which was oppressive in April, be warned!). Management was responsive whenever we needed anything. I absolutely recommend this home!

Great location, great house. Easy people to deal with.

We have stayed here for 3/4 years. We had a different place when this one wasn’t available. We love the house and location. There are a few minor complaints. It is starting to show some wear. Some Of the door handles fall off. The pool was empty when we arrived. The coffee maker is super cheap and useless for such a nice house. Only one dish cloth. The lanai area needs a power wash. Pool guys were excellent. House cleaner excellent. Garden guys great. Again great house. Plan on coming back. You can’t beat how close it is to the beach and the main areas. Check in and out simple. Highly recommend.
