We stayed for 3 nights at this property. It was beautiful, well laid out, more than enough room for 3 adults. The hosts were excellent and provided detailed instructions on all aspects of the property. They also provided recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. The property is located within a very short walk to a lovely street with several shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment had everything you need. It was tastefully decorated and was very clean. It was exceptionally hot and they provided fans for our comfort. The location was very good- you could walk to shops for food and souvenirs and to Amboise castle.

Perfect location in the heart of town. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed to feel at home. The stairs up to the second floor are a little steep but the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We loved our stay.

Fabulous hosts, very responsive and such an amazing place to stay - we will certainly be back. Amboise is a very relaxed, 'cool' town with lots of charm, character and history to relish - a real hidden secret. Our accommodation epitomised this to its fullest.

This apartment is well equipped and comfortable. It is in a great location to explore the old town. The only reason I did not give a higher rating is it has very steep stairs to access the apartment.

Logis Ambacia

Spacious, charming and fully renovated while still maintaining evidence of its antiquity with exposed timbers, this is a well-located home near the center of Amboise. Easy walks for coffee, tea, croissants in the morning and world-class dining in the evening

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!

The property was beautiful and very clean. The owners were gracious. The beds were a bit more firm than we are used to. The stairs are a bit steep for the very young or very old but we are American so we are not used to these older but fabulous homes. Overall, a wonderful stay for us! We would love to come back! The location is fabulous and the town overall was a joy to visit!

Loved our stay in Amboise and in this charming apartment in a very nice area. The hosts were very responsive when there was an issue with connecting to the internet when we first arrived. The area is lovely and everything close by and walkable. We felt very safe with a locked door at the street and another to the apartment. Be advised that there are steep steps to the apartment and more inside to the bedroom level. We loved the apartment and our time in Amboise- highly recommend both!

Spacious and good location

Overall, a great rental. Shower being downstairs from the bedroom was different but manageable. Parking was always available (with a little searching) and within short walking distance. Stairs outside are a bit treacherous, and more instruction could be given about clothes washer No dryer) and the range top.In a week, never could get the TV to work. Would stay there again!

We went there in the middle of the heat wave in France. It was absolutely impossible to stay there given the heat and the absence of air conditioning. The owner was unwilling to compromise despite the impossibility to stay in the Logis d’Ambacia. Maybe the experience is better when it’s not the summer months, but I would avoid renting the place over hot summer days. Otherwise nice location and nice apartment.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung - perfekt!
