Great house to meet all your needs for a quiet vacation. Great for small families or a single couple. We love staying at the Bertie Street Cottage!

Beautiful house, perfect for our family of 4. Seaside Properties went above and beyond to communicate with us in planning our arrival and stay to make everything seamless and easy.

This was a cute home, perfect size for the three of us. Unfortunately, it smelled heavily of mold/mildew and this was difficult with my medical issues. I’ve been to chincoteague yearly since 2000, and have stayed in many different places. I will not rent this home again. The bathroom didn’t have blinds so you couldn’t get a shower without being seen.

Wonderful cottage for a stay on the island! The decor was bright and cheerful, and it was the perfect place to come home to after a day on the beach. The screened-in porch is a gem. So nice for relaxing with your morning coffee, enjoying a meal, or taking it easy with a book and some music. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Thanks so much for your hospitality - we highly recommend this one for a quiet getaway, and can't wait to come back!
