Beautiful beachfront 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo located on the South-end of Fort Myers Beach



The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful beach front 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo located in the Carlos Pointe condo community. The property is located at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. You are in walking distance of restaurants and shops. As you enter our condo, you are welcomed by our spacious great room layout with views of the Gulf of Mexico waters. You will enjoy our modern decor with beachy flare.



Our family room has a comfy leather sofa and love seat and flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area with seating for 4 and breakfast bar with seating for 2. Our kitchen has all the essentials of home including many small appliances. Throughout the condo there are many features including designer style cabinets, granite counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout and back splash.



Our master bedroom has a king size bedroom with TV and private master bathroom with dual sinks with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 two twin beds and bathroom with walk-in shower. Other amenities to make your stay more comfortable include Free wifi, linens and towels, flat screen TV's in bedrooms with DVD players and beach chairs. Our property has a large lanai with outdoor seating, enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters and sandy beach from your private lanai.



Carlos Pointe community has a large heated pool with lounge chairs, a game room with a ping pong table and outdoor BBQ. There are many Fort Myers Beach amenities for your to do during your stay. You can walk to the beach, local restaurants and shops. There is also a trolley that will take you up and down the island if you want to explore the Time Square area, Lovers Key Beach and the Shellmound House.



This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.



Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday during season (December to April), 7 night minimum. There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old

Vacation 2021

Our stay was great! The condo had everything you could possibly need, except an iron. It was super clean and well decorated. The beach was not crowded, it was an awesome vacation!

Enjoyed our trip

We enjoyed our trip very much! The condo was very clean overall. If I had to get picky, the garbage can could use a replacement, looked moldy underneath the so ice top. Could also use a ice cream scooper, pizza cutter and new can opener. All appliances were nice and worked great. Again, some of these are if I had to get picky, as we made do just fine. Reviews mentioned the beach being a long walk to get to the water so I knew that going in and it is accurate, especially with little ones (6 & 4) but we made the most of it and still enjoyed the warm gulf water. Saw lots of dolphins and they were even jumping a few different times as well! Super neat experience for the kiddos. The kiddos enjoyed the pool too. It was very refreshing! Also mentioned was the beds be needing to be replaced. Not sure if that was done but both my husband and I thought the king was very comfortable. Personal Preference there maybe. The drive to the north end was easy and plenty of parking available throughout. We had lots of fun and I could’ve stayed longer!!

Carlos Pointe / Fort Myers’s Beach

Very nice condo. Property was very clean. Pool was nice. Beach was large but not a great swim beach. That was ok because we had a great time exploring Sanibel Island Beach, as well as, north fort Myers’s beach area.

Very Nice

The property was very nice. Great view of the gulf! Nice pool. Just a couple of suggestions - needs new mattresses for all beds. Should replace trash container is kitchen and provide more than two wine glasses.

Love the lanai!

Nicely decorated, very comfortable. Building had elevator issues, but the 1 left actually seemed enough. Long walk to the beach, quarter mile... but great for shelling at low tide

The washing machine was really loud and annoy, ,the one bedroom overhead light and fan did not wor

The location was great, and the other guests were very friendly. I was a little disappointed in the way people reserved the pool chairs, I was there 2 days before I was able to get a chair. I hope to come back next year, hopefully the elevators will be working full time.

Nice Condo and Area

The condo was nice and had everything it stated it would have available. I would stay in this building again but as others have stated the twin beds are very uncomfortable. The master bed was ok but still not great. They should invest in new beds :) but overall the condo worked great!

Loved every minute of it!

We loved our stay. Condo was great. Everything you need except the people. Very clean and right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing is quite away from store or restaurants. Not a problem if you have a car.

Great place

Very clean and organized. Beautiful view from the balcony. Was my first time visiting fort Myers. I really enjoyed it. The private beach was awesome. Overall great place to stay for more privacy.

Hey Chris, we are glad you enjoyed the unit! This condo is directly on the beach so you really cannot get much closer. I would recommend looking for something more north if the distance from the condo to the water is too far. The distance from the building to water is much shorter the more north you go on the island. Great Week

The property was clean and well stocked. When we had a minor issue, tripower returned our call promptly and handled it quickly. It was a great week!

Casa pointe

Owner did a great job on remodel but we had to call cuz lights didn’t work in baths, faucets in both baths were leaking and shower door was broken. They Came and fixed things while we were there but they should’ve had this stuff looked at before we got there

Run down

Tri park is who you actual communicate with. They do not answer if you send a question. We could not check in as no one was there. VRBO was great getting us in contact with right person. Door lock broken, window screen broken, so much moisture in bathrooms that the lights never came on til 2am and then flickered like the bates motel all week. Closet door torn off and left leaning on the wall. All lamps had bugs in them molding on the door broken off. No one fixed anything during our 7 day stay.

Nice Condo in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this location on a quiet stretch of beach. The condo was clean with an updated kitchen. Our only complaint was that the master mattress was very uncomfortable. We ended up buying a foam mattress pad to put over another skinny one someone else had probably added. Unfortunately we had to leave it there but hopefully it will help someone else. One of the twin mattresses was even worse. We found quilts in a closet to pad that mattress. It was very uncomfortable for an adult!! Other than that and also having to depart early because of the corona virus, we liked this place.

Great location with beautiful view

We loved this condo and it was lovely!! Our only disappointment was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was very uncomfortable so we bought a 1.75 inch foam pad to add to the very tiny one someone else had put on the bed. We left it for the next guest. One of the two twin bed mattresses was even worse and totally uncomfortable for an adult. We padded that one with extra quilts we found in a closet. Everything else was great!!!

Great Two Weeks at Carlos

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and nice, well outfitted condo. The extra space the “31” units give in living room and lanai is nice. Have stayed at Carlos for several years in different units and this has been a good one. As usual, tops of baseboards and floors could be cleaner but not obnoxiously bad. Mattress in master bedroom needs replaced!! Linen service this year was excellent!! The extra fees for management/cleaning are having us go with private rental next year. Had we not found another place, we would have renewed in this place.

Great location.

Every thing was very nice. The only thing is the owner had taken up most of the master closet space. No big deal for a week, but if we would stay longer we would need more space. We had VERY little space in the master closet. I would rent this property again. I really liked that we didn’t need to wash any sheets or towels on departure like other rentals we’ve had rented!

Perfect!

The view from the condo was spectacular! The beach is the best on Fort Myers beach hands down! Quiet and enormous. The inside of the condo is clean and updated. It was the perfect vacation

All new custom window treatments have been added to unit 531. Bedding has been updated as welll as new adjustable swivel bar stools.The view from the condo encompasses Lovers Key, the passing boats, and the open Gulf.

Friendly people; well maintained property. Liked the keyless entry!! Our 14th year at Carlos Pointe and this was one of the nicer units we have had. Waiting to hear from Tripower on cost next year.
