Fantasic getaway, great location, comfortable property

The perfect holiday retreat for my family. We had an exceptional 4th of July at our temporary home away from home. Highly recommend!

Very nice house! Exactly as expected. The team at Seaside Vacations were also very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again sometime.

Great Ocean Pines place

Just as described. Clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed for stay near beach, but also away from the OC business.

A Nice Gateway

Great family vacation

My husband, my mother, my 3 adult children and myself stayed in this wonderful home for a 1 week vacation. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The community pools were great. The Ocean Pines beach club/beach was nice but refused to let my 76 year old mother use the bathroom because we were renters and did no have an appropriate pass. The basket of dog toys was a pleasant surprise for my doggo. I would definitely rent this house again.

Comfortable, Clean - Nearly Perfect!

Our family (including 3 adults, 2 children and 1 pup) enjoyed 8 days at this property. The home is clean, comfortable, and convenient. It has beautiful furnishings, including a very well-equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, and comfortable seating for a large family. A TV set is in every room, and a large assortment of games kept everyone happily entertained! The sunroom on the side of the home was a really neat feature and gave us a little extra space. They even had little dog bones and an extra leash, which was a really sweet touch! Some Suggestions: The screen on the sliding screen door on the sun porch was not attached, and my pup ran out easily into the yard and across the street. This may have been fixed by now, but I wanted to mention it. We did alert the management company about this during our stay. Also, some of the windows on the sun porch were a bit dirty. Ocean Pines houses can be susceptible to a lot of battering since they are near so many trees, it takes a lot of upkeep to ensure leaves, mold, etc, don't creep in. The yard is very pretty and wooded, but there isn't much area to be outdoors with kids playing, as there is a lot of poison ivy in spots at the back of the house and on the sides. We would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is sweet, on a nice cul-de-sac as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and appreciate the care with which the owners have taken. It even looked as though it was freshly painted! :) Thank you so much!
