House was clean ready for us to begin our stay. First time staying in Berlin and we all enjoyed it. Communication with owner was fantastic. Responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this property. Being dog friendly was also a bonus!

We have stayed here every summer for a few years now and always have an excellent stay! The house is clean and well maintained. Communication with the owners is easy and responsive if needed. We love the quiet area but still close to the beaches. And able to bring our 4 legged kids with us is a major plus!

This house is cute and cozy. Just what we needed for our vacation. Very clean. Close to everything. It had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back next year.

Perfect location! Super clean! Owners are very accommodating!

The house is very cute and clean. The location is perfectly located in the middle of OCMD, Assateague, and Frontier water park. The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly.

Excellent little cottage !!!

Great place to stay when you’re down at the shore. Out of the way and pet friendly with a yard, but not so out of the way you can’t be a ton of place within 20-30 minutes.

Always a great stay!

This is our 3rd year staying at this location, and we absolutely love it! The house is always exceptionally clean, and provided with towels, linens, etc. The neighborhood is quite, and our dogs love the area and have become well adjusted to traveling there. Deb is always easy to contact and responsive. Cannot say enough great things about this rental!

Excellent stay as always!

This is our second year staying at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint! The house is always clean, stocked with essential items (towels, pots/pans, dishes, etc), and there even some items available for use from previous renters. Great, quiet location, but still close enough to enjoy a day or night out. Easy check in process and Debra is always friendly and responds promptly. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location.

We were very happy to find a reasonably priced rental so close to Assateague National Seashore and so central to many other parks we visited in the Maryland/Delaware/Virginia area. We would consider staying here again, although we hope next time a little more attention to detail was made for cleaning between guests. There was some hair and dust along the bed frame that was a little off-putting. As dog people, we get it (and were thankful there was a vacuum to clean up our border collie’s hair as best as we could), so it’s not the end of the world.

Fantastic location for trips to Assateague seashore

This house was the perfect location for our several trips to Assateague National Seashore. It is a dog friendly property which is why we chose this house. There was plenty of room for my 2 dogs to explore the grounds and we walked every day up the shady dead end road next to the house. The central air was great and all amenities as shown on the listing and more were great. A Food Lion and Dollar General are nearby for any necessities. Our family enjoyed the screened in porch especially when it rained. The Assateague Crab House on the way to Assateague seashore is a must!! We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little property!!

Great location & pet friendly

The location was perfect & we were allowed to have our furbaby with us, the only complaint I have is the size of the bed. There’s a bunk bed in one room & the other has a double. My husband is 6’3” & his feet hung off the edge of the bed. But everything else was great! Enclosed porch, big kitchen, off road parking, everything else was great!!

Pet Friendly

Cute house, decorated in beach theme on corner lot with open yard (not fenced). Pet friendly, (floor is tile / hardwood.). Large kitchen that is fully stocked (pots/pans/plates/cups/utensils etc.) You have to walk through bedroom to get to the bathroom. Quick communication with Deb for questions. Central location to Ocean city and Assateague. Grocery store within a 5 minute drive. Many good restaurants within a short drive.

A great little house

This house was just right for our family of 4 with 2 young kids (7&9). It was a short drive to Assateague where we spent most of our time but also close to OC. The town is really cute and some shops were even open on Memorial Day. Plenty of nice restaurants doing takeout. The kitchen had everything you’d need. We loved the griddle on the stovetop. The house has been very nicely remodeled and updated. The master bed was a full size but comfortable. The kids said their mattresses were uncomfortable and the bathroom is a little tight. However it was just right for a long weekend at the beach and we will definitely stay here again.

Awesome rental, nearby to everything yet quiet and relaxing.

Living area and kitchen are much bigger than what is pictured in the photos of the place. Although the property is an older structure, the owners did a great job at remodeling the house and all the appliances seem to be new and in great working order. Very short ride to Assateague Island, West Ocean City, and 61st Street on the strip. Kitchen had everything we needed except a steamer pot for seafood, so if you like to go crabbing as we do, bring your own pot to cook up your catch. That is truly the only thing I can say the place didn't have. We had a great time and will defiantly be back here again. I also loved relaxing on the front porch at night in the peace and quiet. So if you love the shore but also like the peace and quiet of country life, this is the rental for you.

We're close enough to Ocean City enjoy all the activity there, but also "get away" when we want to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
