I’ve stayed at this compact, clean house with my Shetland sheepdogs multiple times. It’s very conveniently located. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and easily. It’s a great value.

Great place to stay with your pet and if you smoke. Mattresses could use an upgrade but other than that great accommodations and location!Will probably stay again.

This lodging deserves a 5 star in terms of location - very close to Berlin town center and assateague parks . Very clean and host was very responsive . Had most of what you need in terms of appliances and facilities .

Deb is great. She communicates well and is a good host. I would stay on her properties again. We did not stay in this house, but next door so I cannot comment on the property. The location was perfect for us.

The property was as described! Very clean and comfortable! Excellent contact with host! Located within 10 minutes of Assateague National Seashore, as well as the State Park, making it easy to drive over and watch the ponies! We were blessed to get to see 3 of the newborns on this trip, an amazing experience! This cottage is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and has a nice yard for dog to enjoy! Sits at the corner of a main road and side street, the side street was not busy, and is not a thru street, so it was nice to walk the dog on as well! It is also located less than 10 minutes to the nearest Dunkin, as well as other dining options! We give it 5 stars and so does our dog!

House was clean ready for us to begin our stay. First time staying in Berlin and we all enjoyed it. Communication with owner was fantastic. Responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this property. Being dog friendly was also a bonus!

We have stayed here every summer for a few years now and always have an excellent stay! The house is clean and well maintained. Communication with the owners is easy and responsive if needed. We love the quiet area but still close to the beaches. And able to bring our 4 legged kids with us is a major plus!

Excellent little cottage !!!

Great place to stay when you’re down at the shore. Out of the way and pet friendly with a yard, but not so out of the way you can’t be a ton of place within 20-30 minutes.

Great cottage getaway!

House was very clean and well equipped for its size. Perfect for two or three people, and the nice large kitchen was perfect for our needs. P.S. Front porch is an oasis for cigar smokers.

We've been in our house for 15 years and love this area. There's always something to do.
We're close enough to Ocean City enjoy all the activity there, but also "get away" when we want to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
