Great beautiful cottage house we love it and thank u great yummy fresh bread and wine. At night nice fire place and bath outside was beautiful but need good mower long grass around bath. We love go there again in future

Hi Tracey Thanks so much for staying and for your kind review. I just wanted to apologise for it being so overgrown around the bath! We had had so much rain that mowing and strimming wasn't possible and had caused it to grow a lot. We should have mowed again before the rain, but it really went crazy thanks to the wet! Pets were welcome,wi-fi access poor for tv reception.Bill was helpful and friendly.

Hi Anne - thanks so much for your review. So sorry you had trouble with TV. Sometimes, if you're watching live TV, the NBN wifi connection does buffer - sometimes it's fine. Also, I hope you were able to access it to begin with - sometimes guests change the settings which prevents others accessing! Again, so sorry about this. Kind regards Cam and Bill

Cam & Bill are so lovely, friendly & accommodating. The pictures are exactly as the website presents. Old rustic charm, comfy bed & pillows, fireplace easy to use & the ‘welcome basket’ such a lovely touch. Will def want to return for “time out” weekend away xx

Llama lookout

Have recently stayed at a delightful, secluded and very cosy cottage at Bawley Ridge Farm.Cam and Bill are definitely “super- hosts” andCam, as well as decorating and making beautiful curtains, cooked us a delicious curry and a welcome basket of goodies while Bill had the stove and outdoor fire pit ready to light on our arrival. It was a delight to wander and make friends with the Llamas,goats, geese and peacocks but the cottage is fully fenced so safe for pets. Thank you Cam and Bill… we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Amazing little cottage and fenced green garden! Very pet friendly, our doggo has a fanatic time and plenty of space to roam around - although he did get adorably confused by the alpacas that walked by the fence! Cam and Bill were amazing hosts, accomodating a late evening check in due to a long drive, and also offering a rideshare service to drop us off and pick us up from the wedding we were attending at a nearby winery! Upon arrival we were greeted with a hamper with freshly baked bread, whipped butter, local honey, a couple of fresh eggs, and a lovely bottle of wine for our romantic weekend - everything you could want and gave it a really lovely feel to be surprised by the welcome and we definitely had a bit of a decadent moment eating fresh bread and honey in the morning with the sunrise!The cottage itself was excellent - clean and tidy, well insulated, with a comprehensive kitchen and very modern bathroom (and bathrobes for guest use!). Queen size bed was very comfortable, although we didn’t need to use the heated blankets, and there is even a pet bed inside in the little library nook5/5 stars would absolutely stay here again!!

Our hosts Bill and Cam were very welcoming. The property was unique, private and met all our needs. The animals on the farm were just gorgeous. Would recommend this property to anyone seeking a private, rural setting that is close to beautiful beaches.
