My only issue was with the rental.compnay they use, not the property itself. We never got check in instructions on how to enter the house. Had to call company had issues with them. Once we finally got in, it was great. Perfect size.for our large family and close to everything we needed. The AC worked beautifully and the pool was the perfect size for the adults and grandkids to play. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to that area

This is a great place close to the beach (10 min walk) for families. They have beach chairs, pool floats, etc which make it even easier! The kitchen and bathrooms are dated but everything is cleaned perfectly. Host was responsive when an issue arose!

Cindi was very helpful and quick to respond. The house is dated, but in a great location. Quick bike ride to the beach and rode bikes to get ice cream. The pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it so much.

Well stocked with a nice pool and clean. Quiet area and it fit our large families needs. Had a bit of communication issue with owner over air conditioning issue, but they did ultimately fix it and were accommodating. The beach was about half a mile away and was nice and not crowded.

Great property for extended family!

Overall a wonderful time at the Beach! The house is open and multiple bedrooms on different levels. Walking distance to beach, brunch and local destinations.

Great place for your family!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of room for us and was well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and outdoors. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. And we enjoyed the area.

Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. The house is a quintessential 1960's mid-century modern, tri-level. Clean and comfy, but needs a little love to make it shine.

This was a last minute booking due to a cancellation of another rental. Everything was ready for us and the house is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed everything about it including the beach chairs and umbrellas that are available.

The family bungalow stay

The house was well kept very roomie and it had everything that we needed stay comfortable there was a lot to do in the area the kids loved playing in the pool. The one thing that needs to be worked on is the landscaping

Excellent space

The property was easy to find. Layout of the house with bedroom placements was great for a mixed family of adults and a 2 yr old. The pool was amazing and the beach was a short drive down the main road. Will definitely stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with. Great Vacation!

This place worked well for our family and group for a wedding. Not really hand soap or shower soap offered but otherwise worked really well and was a good spot.

Yearly Family Vacation

This was a perfect setting for a family vacation. We would spend the morning at the beach and the afternoon at the pool at the house. We saw an evening space launch and a manned space launch in the same week!

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful! Very homey and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly! Has a small issue with our door pin that was fixed within 5 min! Would definitely stay again!

Family get together

We all had a wonderful time! The house comfortably accommodated all five of us, and the yard was perfect for our little dog. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, capturing beautiful sunrise photos, and the bay was also within walking distance for another stunning sunset view. The host was kind and quickly responded to all our questions.
