The property was absolutely stunning. It was very peaceful and we saw all kinds of wildlife. It was probably the cleanest vacation rental we ever stayed in. 100% will stay here again.

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Beautiful home with all the amenities one could need. Great location close to town and the trails. Will absolutely be planning another stay.

Fantastic Stay

We had 11 guests that stayed in Mena for the CMA National rally. What a great time we had and our host was so helpful. This is a beautiful home and it was perfect for what we needed. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful palace.

One word, FABULOUS!!! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! It was so clean, spacious, quiet, and beautiful both inside and out! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances for any occasion. The restrooms were wonderful and well supplied too. We had comfy beds for each person in our group and the management worked with our needs. My only complaint is that we didn’t block more time for our stay!

The host of the property lives close by. Be thankful he does because the information you get from Evolve is not accurate. The place is beautiful and everything was clean. Just a great place to stay

Perfect Getaway

We loved this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was sparkling and so refreshing. The grounds are well maintained. We had a fun and relaxing long weekend. We will definitely try to stay again soon.

This is an absolutely charming property! It was perfect for our family vacation. It sits on a gorgeous landscape with mountain backdrops and lots of wide open spaces. The front porch view of Rich Mountain is perfect for morning coffee and evening walks and exploring. We took in a movie with complimentary tickets at the local theater which is a short drive away. The owner lives on the property and was prompt to reply and check on things after we had a little storm pass thru. We enjoyed tail wagging Remington visits daily. The pool was wonderful! The frog encounter in the late evening was delightful! The back yard is so peaceful even when it's full of laughing children enjoying s'mores. The indoor accommadations were perfect and very comfortable. It is a huge house! Much bigger than I expected but gave plenty of room for all to enjoy. The detail in every room was beautiful. The beds were as comfy as can be. The driveway gave plenty of space to haul in our SXS trailer. The trails were very close by and made for easy access. We couldn't have asked for more.

The home was beautiful, comfortable and big! We loved every minute of our week stay! Highly recommended it! There were 7 of us girls and this was our 34th year of doing Girls Week…Enjoyed the pool, the porch and sitting around the pool in the evening. Thank you for opening up your home Alan. Wonderful place to stay! We booked this house for a combined family vacation - 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The space was absolutely perfect. Between the open space, the pool, the ponds and the entertainment room, the kids always had something to do and the dogs were in heaven exploring. We were able to see deer every evening and morning. The house had all the amenities you would need and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The host, Mr. Allan, was amazing and easy to communicate with for all needs.

Beautiful home with exceptional amenities

This home is situated on an incredibly picturesque property with many amenities. The home was squeaky clean and well-stocked with everything we needed…and more! The host has thought of every detail, including (but not limited to) access to several streaming services and plenty of extra blankets that came in clutch in the chilly nighttime air at the fire pit. The only time we had to leave the property was to grab groceries or riding our ATV’s to the nearby trails. This home was by far the best VRBO our family has ever rented.

Fantastic

We loved the property, absolutely stunning and peaceful. Home was fully stocked with dishes, towels and even body washes/detergent for the laundry. All you have to bring is your clothes & groceries. This home far exceeded our expectations and we are excited to return in the spring.

Family Weekend

I cannot even begin to describe this place but WOW! Pictures do not do it justice. This place is gorgeous and so peaceful I want to live there. All the kids and grandkids had so much fun that this our new yearly family weekend place. Alan was great to deal with and made sure there was nothing we needed. Don't miss out on this house and property.

Guy's Trip

This is a fantastic place! Large with lots of space. There are 14 of us that get together each year. We have a washer tossing tournament that is kind of loud. This place is not right next to another place. Very clean and owner was very helpful. Close to side-by-side ATVs to rent for mountain rides and close to the river for canoe rentals.

The Miller Family

I cannot say enough how much of a blessed experience this was for our entire family of 16 people! The house and property were absolutely beautiful! We stayed there for 6 nights and 7 seven days with 8 adults and 8 children, and not once did we feel like we were starting to get in each other's space. We only left to explore out one day because it was such of a wonderful place to be. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.We are hoping to make it our family tradition!P.S. Our host Allen was so great! He made himself available and was there anytime we had a question. The Miller Family from Louisiana
