Spacious and a couple of minutes to parkway

The cabin is spacious and well kept! Huge porches, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The beds are huge and comfy!Just a couple of minutes drive and you are at the parkway. The cabin is in a community setting so you have access to an indoor pool in the main high rise condo building. It was a great stay.

Poor communication with management and no help with a property issue

Everything was great, the cabin, location, Easy access to the parkway, accommodations! Until the basement flooded and all of the belongings of my daughter and her family were standing in water (clothes, suitcases, shoes and some were ruined). Phone calls were not answered promptly. I had to call and call and call to get anyone to answer the phone. We got no help with accommodations on our last night there. We had no place to sleep and no help from anyone for our situation. Not good business practices were used to accommodate all of us. I am sure you have standard procedures for such an emergency. But no one acted as if they cared and didn't act like they knew what do to.....so you chose to do NOTHING. I still have not received a resolution. I do understand there were 2 family loses during this time and I am very sorry for your losses. I am still waiting to hear from Larry to address the issue and receive some compensation. Someone should have handled our emergency. I called 3 people at the resort and no one provided any assistance. I don't feel like this is your standard procedure for tenants (at least I hope not). We spent good money to stay there and we were considering our next stay there. This needs to be rectified with me. This is not acceptable

Perfect. Just as advertised. The group had nothing but positive comments about the cabin.

Our Dinner Club couples had a perfect long weekend here. We loved all the decks with swings and rockers. We cooked 1-2 meals there every day with plenty of space to just hang out and enjoy our time together. They had everything we could possible need. We will be back.

Great location

We were very happy with our stay and we would stay here again. We had a few questions upon arrival and couldn’t start the fireplace and our items were taken care of quickly.

Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed a weekend in Pigeon Forge with family! Great location and very spacious! Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen.

Perfection

Absolutely beautiful cabin. It was soooo clean and huge! It was equipped with every kitchen gadget you would need. They also had extra blankets and plenty of pillows which was nice. A few rooms had fans for those who are like me that need to have one while you sleep 😂 Location was perfect as it was literally less than 5 min to the parkway (Heads up. It does get a little noisy when traffic is at it's heaviest in the mornings and late evenings but it's not horrible) The mattresses were way to firm for my personal liking, but that's just part of not being in your own home. Communication with Sunny & Stacy was prompt and pleasant from start to finish (Check-in/out was a breeze also) We give this cabin 5 stars. We loved it and will return again in the future.

Fantastic!

The customer service was outstanding. We lost an item and they took the time to go search the property to find it. You just don’t find that at most places. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

Overall experience was good. Very spacious. Experience issues with TV and Internet service during our stay. Service was down most of the time we were there.

Great stay!

Management were fantastic! We got lost and they called and texted to help us find our way! The cabin was so clean and amazing. Loved the porches. The kitchen had anything we could have needed for our meals and the beds were very comfortable. Would love to stay again with the kids!

Beautiful and close to parkway

We had a wonderful long weekend with family. Plenty of room in cabin for the 12 of us. Sunny the manager was awesome and quick to respond with anything we asked. The resort pools were nice but the cabins are very close to each other. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice cabin and great property management people

We booked our stay over a year ago and the communication throughout that time was great. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The property overall was great. The couch in the living room could use an update but other than that it was a great place. Would recommend.

Family fun

We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 5-74. We used Bear Haven as our resting space for our 5 days in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We had 3 separate families and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Convenient, close to all the attractions in the area. The property managers and owners were responsible and made the whole process of booking and checking in/out so seamless. Our stay was perfect and we are so happy we chose this little oasis for our trip to the area. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Great location!

The location was exceptionally convenient! The cabin was nice, and the only issue we had was climate control of the master suite, which is on the upstairs. We stayed here on some of the hottest days of the summer so far, so the upstairs was quite warm and difficult to cool down to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. But the cabin itself was very nice, well-maintained, easy to find, and had good amenities. The hosts were excellent communicators. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy check in and out process. Great communication with manager. Floors were a little dirty and our feet were black from walking on them. Cabin was very cozy. We thought it was in a more secluded mountain area but location was great and very close to the main strip.

Family Trip

We very much enjoyed this house during our visit to Pigeon Forge. The location was awesome and very convenient to get around… or come back for naps. We all loved the time together but also appreciated the large spaces to spread out. The house was very clean and had lots of kitchen tools! Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to take a family trip!

Great place for a family vacation!

We took our extended family for a quick trip to Dollywood and this was the perfect location! 8 adults fit comfortably and gave us all the space we needed. Everyone enjoyed!

Nice getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bear Haven cabin has everything you need! It was extremely clean and perfect for our extended weekend getaway. It was nice to have our own private hot tub, pool table, arcade game and all of the other amenities offered at Big Bear Lodge. The location of this rental is very convenient to town, grocery stores but not right in the middle of town. The property managers are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. They are our first choice when planning a visit to Pigeon Forge. As a note, traffic is louder than we expected but that may be due to weekend's being busier. We aren't used to city traffic, but if you are then no problem. The cabin more than makes up for a little traffic noise.
