Come stay at "Bay Dreamer" - Amazing Sunsets! Perfectly located to nearby beach 1 mile away, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, water park, grocery stores and much more! Fish, crab, kayak or boat right from the house. Community pool. Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City all with a 20 mile radius - so much to do! Great for family groups. We have an elevator for easy access to all the levels. Also helps getting luggage and groceries to upper levels. ***Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends require a 3 night stay****

The house was beautiful and it had an incredible view of the bay. Lots of bedrooms - we had 8 adults and we were all easily accommodated. Bedrooms were all comfortable, good sized and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great and was well stocked plus it was wide open to the living and dining area. Location was out of the way of the busyness in town but so close when we wanted to go there. Tracey, the owner, was excellent with her communication and very nice. Best stay down at the beach that any of us have had in a long time. Will definitely come again!

Bay Dreamer was a beautiful house with a great view and bay access. The house was super clean and very well supplied. It was perfect for our family group - the elevator was an extra help with our 93-year old matriarch! We also enjoyed the Community swimming pool. Tracey was very helpful and easy to coordinate with. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing property. Had plenty of space for all 11 guests in our family. The view of the bay was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Our host answered all of our questions promptly which was very helpful. The home is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the game room with the cozy seating and we even had a Christmas tree. We will be back next year.

Perfect Location!

We had a great extended family vacation here! It was especially wonderful to sit out on the deck at night after the kids were asleep - very relaxing!

Perfect vacation

This is our second year enjoying this beautiful house for the holiday week! The views are incredible and most of our time was spent staring out at the bay! Can not wait to return next year!

Weekend Stay

Great weekend stay with family. Never had to bring own towels, sheets, and toilet paper but it turned out okay.

Kelly - we are glad to hear you had a great time - providing sheets and towels for 14 guests is difficult - it's a bit more time consuming for the cleaning crew - as well as costly - typically need to have double of everything in order to have a clean set to change over every week. I hope this will not prevent you from a future stay

Perfect stay

The house is wonderful. It worked perfect for the 8 adults and 6 teens that stayed there. Location is very convenient, the house has everything you need and the the view from the back deck is terrific. We really enjoyed our long weekend there and hope to come back soon!

Great Place

This property was amazing in every aspect. The house was perfect and large to give everyone their own space. Views were magnificent. Water activities were great. Host was super accommodating. Would love to come again!

Awesome Views

The house was beautiful, lots of space, beautiful decor, and also they had recreational items. The owner Tracey was very attentive to our needs. Will definitely book this house again.

Loved this house!

This house was amazing. The space was amazing, the views were beautiful and there was plenty of space. I loved the main floor living area and the use of bikes for the kids. Almost every room had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pier and the playground was a quick walk from the house.

Cozy Moms' Weekend

We had 9 moms together for a quiet weekend. The view was perfect and the house had plenty of space. The big table was the best place to play games and all sit together. We were all happy, comfortable, and relaxed. Absolutely perfect.

Great spot for a get-away

This house is ideal for a group looking to chill and re-connect with friends or family. The owner anticipated all our needs. 5 ensuites, enough seating for everyone for meals, a spare frig in the garage, kayaks & bikes. And the owner was easy to reach for any last minute questions. We hope to rent again!

Excellent!

When we walked in we were very happy. But when we went up to the main floor, we were speechless!! The view was spectacular and the house was beyond our expectations. We had a terrific time crabbing and fishing! Would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful getaway

Can not say enough about this AMAZING property. Views are incredible. The house was perfectly decorated, organized and stocked with plenty of supplies. This was our first time spending Christmas in Delaware and waking up to beautiful weather and relaxing sounds of the bay were unbelievable! Hope to be back next year!
