It was a beautifully-appointed cottage close to Newburyport! It included a porta crib & high chair, which was helpful for our stay.Unfortunately, we were there during the Nor’easter so we didn’t have an opportunity to explore the surrounding areas.

Great Beach house!

We loved everything about this place. Walk to the Beach, the sunset Bar and close to Newburyport. The house was perfectly decorated and has a nice little yard and outdoor shower.

Excellent Retreat

This wonderful little house has everything you need for a week or two on Plum Island. The photos are accurate. The open concept makes it seem even bigger in person. The washer/dryer was a huge plus and the master bed was very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Week Away

Home interior clean and adequately supplied. Outside could use some attention. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Quite a walk to public beach.

Cat pee

The entire house reeked of cat pee. Otherwise a great and well equipped house but unfortunately this ruined our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the odor — that’s absolutely not the experience we want for our guests. We take this very seriously and have already scheduled an ozone treatment to fully eliminate any lingering smells. I’m glad you found the house well-equipped, but I completely understand how the odor affected your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.

Well appointed Beach Bungalow

We enjoyed the property with the acceptation if the smoke detector going off for no apparent reason after we were in bed. Could not shut off alarm without destroying detector. Called the emergency number and no one answered so left message. someone eventually returned the call. Never heard from anyone else about the issue until I reached out again the next day. The second bedroom had no mini split so had to sleep with door open in order to get the benefit of the mini split in the main living area. Ideal for 4 people, but would be very tight for any more than that.
