Beautiful home, location and easy check in. The home was cozy and very comfortable. No issues would definitely come back, wasn’t enough time on my part…..was so beautiful!

This was the absolute perfect rental! It was very clean with plenty of room and walking distance to beaches and the town/restaurants, etc. And Gretchen was a lovely host, very attentive and always accommodating. Loved this place!

You can not beat the location! A few blocks from the beach, and from town. We went to a performance at the Shalin Performance Center---it took 4 minutes walk there and it was so nice to stroll home. Gretchen (the host) was very responsive, the home was immaculate and the kitchen was great for us (roomy for my husband and me). We hope to visit again soon!

Great stay!

This house is perfect, especially for families. Right next to the beach and a short walk to downtown area. Extremely clean and great communication with the property manager. A+ stay.

Wonderful Beach Home

We loved this beach house. The house was extremely clean, charming and very well stocked. The location is amazing- on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach and the town. We will stay definitely stay there again when we are in the area!

One of our favorites so far

As native Rockporters is was so nice to be back home to see family and friends on Forest St where we lived for years. The rental is a perfect two bedrooms and well equipped and very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay all around.

We absolutely loved our stay in Rockport! The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need—from beach chairs and sand toys to all the kitchen essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was spacious, clean, and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk into town, where we enjoyed delicious food and ice cream every night. Gretchen was wonderful and so accommodating. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy. We especially loved the notebook of recommendations she provided—it was full of great suggestions for restaurants, local favorites, and things to do.This was truly the perfect house for our Rockport getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect house 5 minute walk to the beach

Wonderful, clean, updated, pretty, uncluttered, amazing king size bed, cute second bedroom, great AC, great kitchen, big new wall TV, cute little patio and bbq. Loved our stay in this great house and quaint Rockport.

Very comfortable, clean, well-maintained property. Perfect location. private driveway to park. Well-appointed with everything we needed.Can walk to all points of interest in Rockport. The house fit us perfectly for our week in Rockport. Served as a good base camp to see other day trip destinations during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Very nearly perfect

We spent six June nights in this charming and very clean cottage just around the corner from Front Beach. Pleasant simple decor (no collectible clutter, thank you!), comfortable furnishings, easy in/out systems and instructions. A great stay!

Perfect Rockport stay!

This was by far the comfiest house we’ve stayed in during our travels. The bedding was soft and cozy, stocked kitchen, comfortable couch and chairs and a washer and dryer to boot! Perfect for our family on an extended weekend and within walking to downtown shops and restaurants. My little one didn’t want to leave! We will absolutely be back to stay!

The Perfect Week in Rockport

This was our second year staying at Gretchen’s amazing property. This house is truly a hidden gem - perfect proximity to the beach and town and a clean family friendly house with every amenity needed for a great vacation. Gretchen is extremely responsive as well. The patio out back with a grill were an added bonus for cool summer evenings. We can’t wait until next summer!
