Our stay was wonderful. Grant is an excellent host. Good communication and friendly. There was a bottle of wine waiting in the kitchen. Very close to beach, restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks at the Riverside Park a short distance from the house.

Excellent

Spotlessly clean house with pool and hot tub. Close to everything you could want.Only knock is the hot tub jets were very weak. Not a traditional hot tub like you’d expect. Owner is very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations! Kudos to our hosts who thought of everything! We appreciated the extra amenities such as coffee pods, tea, staple condiments and spices, every beach accessory you could possibly need, fans for every bedroom, laundry detergent, etc etc etc.....this place had it all! The whole house was spotless and very tastefully decorated and owner was very responsive and helpful in answering the few questions we had during our stay. Very quiet and private area with large lots. Close enough to take a long walk to the beach and/or uber to restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the "Welcome" wine, too!!
