Great house, great location. House and private beach even better than the pictures. Host and local house manager were both great and extremely helpful. It was a great trip!!

Would’ve been nice to have beach chairs and a few beach games to use at the beach. Chris said beach chairs had been ordered several weeks ago. Also some of the bedroom fans didn’t work, due to a storm surge two weeks prior.

We ordered new chairs as the new chairs were. Not safe .. due to weather and the boats off schedule for arrival they did not make it on time There are many other chairs to choose from to take down to the beach We have ordered extra chairs so there will always be back up

Blue Aqua was excellent - perfect location, beautiful private beach, great pool and accommodations. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully loaded with all essentials. Darlene, the house manager, was easily accessible before and during our stay. We would all highly recommend staying here!

We had a great week here celebrating our anniversary with friends and family. The house is beautiful and Darlene is so easy to reach to answer any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Aqua Blue Villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 (6 couples)! With a big kitchen, living room and bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room. It's centrally located on the island and only 10 minutes from the airport. We used Chef Angie and Chef Tahj, who were both phenomenal. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay. House was new, spotless, beautifully decorated, and centrally located. House has amazing pool and overlooks beach. Although we went to many nearby beaches each day we enjoyed our beach and pool at house each evening! We would book this properly again without hesitation! Thank you to owners and house manager for making our stay memorable!

Aqua Blue Paradise!!!

This house far exceeded our expectations & was everything & more that we wanted & needed for our family vacation! Aqua Blue is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve stayed in throughout the Caribbean with its picturesque views!! Couldn’t recommend this place more & we will definitely be returning!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was beyond our expectations—very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully laid out. It was perfect for two separate families traveling together, including adult kids, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare fantastic meals and enjoy time together as a group. We especially loved spending time by the pool and the beach which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The selection of pool and beach toys was amazing The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this property, especially for families vacationing together.

Exuma delight

Amazing stay! House was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our group of ten. The beach is right there and the heated pool was wonderful with plenty of seating. Both the owner and house manager were incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We have already talked about returning!

Amazing Stay!

Aqua Blue was an amazing stay for our group of two families. The house is gorgeous and in wonderful condition, the location could not be more perfect, and the amenities that come with the house were outstanding. I cannot recommend this property enough! Darlene was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Fantastic stay, and hope we get to come back soon!

Best House and Host Ever!!!

The house was amazing with all the amenities you could ask for. The beach in the backyard and the heated infinity pool with swim up bar was a blast. The host was always available and helped us many time with any questions or booking excursions. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a great trip!

Birthday Celebration

Chris thought of everything when he build this beautiful house. It is absolutely stunning. Great location and the views are unreal. Darlene was there and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. We will defiantly be back.

Perfect house!

Rarely do VRBO listings exceed expectations: This is one of them! The pictures do not do the house justice. The staff was awesome. We did not want anything during the entire stay. We plan to be back!

Family reunion

Our family was absolutely thrilled with our stay at Aqua Blue! The home was better than the pictures depicted and well appointed. We could not have asked for a better host and his team were helpful and inviting! Darlyn was indispensable in helping with planning our trip. We had fantastic weather and great experiences with the locals. Everyone is so friendly on this gem of an island! We will be back and would stay again at Aqua Blue!

Excellent Property

The house was just as described. It had tons of extras as well that made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool and beach areas were stocked with toys, floats, and plenty of snorkeling gear. The adults enjoy the extra drink fridge and bar tools. Beds, bedding were amazingly comfortable. House easily accommodated at group of 12.

Paradise

Great house exactly as described! Nice location and timely response with any questions. The only thing I would want in the future would be TVs that work properly and black out curtain in 2nd master bed… its a beautiful place and I recommend this property to anyone wanting a first class place to stay .. you can’t be disappointed at Aqua Blue!

Celebrations

We were all amazed with the views. Loved the privacy on the beach and pool. The home had everything one could need and desire. The beds were soooo comfy! We loved how helpful the team was. Our family utilized all the water toys, pickleball and basketball court. We had a wonderful experience all and all. The owner’s are top notch! What a wonderful and beautiful vacation spot!

Wonderful

The property is brand new and has been very thoughtfully equipped. We had a large extended family and enjoyed all aspects. Check in was great extra housekeeping highly recommend. We really enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding to the reefs very close to the beautiful beach in front of the home. We could not have been happier.

Superb beach house

The property had everything you need for a beach vacation. The only downside of there even is a downside is that this property is on the windward side of the island which means the water is a little rough if it’s windy and you cannot use the paddleboards or kayaks. But the breeze does keep it cooler.

Thanksgiving Stay

Aqua Blue is a beautifully appointed home that supplies everything you need. Darlene, the house manager, is outstanding. She quickly responded to every question and request before our arrival and during our stay. Chef Tahj cooked amazing dinners for us in our own kitchen. And everyone’s favorite day was a boat excursion with Antonio Johnsen from Brown’s Marina, set up for us by Darlene.

Slice of heaven

It's hard to beat Aqua Blue. The home is gorgeous, very clean, and well equipped for a fabulous time on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there are countless towels - both bath and beach/ pool. We loved the interior decor as well as the outdoor living area and swim up tiki bar. I can't think of a single thing that would improve Aqua Blue! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Paradise

I have been to Exuma several times, but never had an experience like this. The house was exceptional 1 and even that word is an understatement. There were many activities for children AND adults / from ping pong, to pickle ball and lots of water toys. The views were amazing. The house is truly set up for quality friend and family time, and our entire group had a great time.
