Good location. Great view of the inlet.No remote available in bedroom. Living room remote did not function. Could use bedside lamps.

This was our third time staying here and I can't say enough good things about it! The condo is very clean and comfortable and in a great location for everything we like to do. It's in a quiet area overlooking the inlet and it's very nice to be able to walk across the street with a private entrance to the beach. Great communication with the host and everything we need for an enjoyable vacation. We hope to be back many times in the future!

It was very Clean and a nice view. I recommend checking the weather if You are fishing, it wasn't good due to the high winds the 4 days We were there. The Owner was prompt on responding and the Private Entrance to the Beach was Awesome! Me and My Wife Recommend! Patrick

Great visit to Murrells Inlet!

My childhood friend and I rented for 4 nights and everything was perfect. Loved the views of the Marsh! We will go back to make more memories!

Murrells Inlet stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Very clean and in a great area. Nice and close to the beach and to the Gulfstream Cafe (be sure to check out the Sunday brunch)

Great location

We loved the location and the view was amazing. Loved being on the inlet and having dock/pier access an quick walk to the beach. The unit is a little tired and not very clean and things broke constantly but still ok

Wonderful Marsh View

We really enjoyed our three night stay in January. Marsh view from the windows & balcony was so enjoyable. We had everything we needed. Everything was clean & fresh. Host was very helpful & communication was great. Hope to return.

Easy and informative

Everything was easy and Evolve kept us well informed. All the info and reminders were so helpful! We had a great time and the accommodations were as described.

Great Condo!

This was our second time staying at the condo and again everything was great. The unit is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. You can't beat the location; the balcony overlooks the inlet and the pool, and is a peaceful place to relax. It's also great to be able to walk across the street to the beach with private access. The owner, Anthony, is very responsive and available for anything you need. We'll definitely be back!

Nothing Fancy

This property is nothing fancy but it is clean, convenient to our friend’s condo across the street and all we needed for the weekend. The only complaint is it’s on the third floor. Other than that it is a nice place for weekend get away.

April break

Pros - The location to the marsh/inlet and ocean were perfect for our group. The condo was clean and somewhat updated. We loved the quietness of the condo and community. Cone - There were no linens available for the pull out couch. The screen door handle came off when we opened the door upon arrival and a towel bar also repeatedly fell, even with no hand towel on it.

Very nice condo

We liked the rooms and location. Check in was easy and everything was as described. There is a bunk bed more suited for children in one of the bedrooms, but it seemed to be fine for us adults. Nice view of the inlet and close to the beach. There is an air conditioning condensing unit on the deck that makes the deck somewhat unusable. That would be my only complaint.
