Great stay

Home is cute and big enough to accommodated what we needed. We enjoyed the fire-pit in the backyard and made s'mores! Quiet neighborhood and overall a great stay.

Clean and convenient!

We planned to spend the day at Circuit of the Americas and needed a place relatively nearby to crash at the end of the day. This place checked all the boxes; easy to find, clean, big enough for our whole party to stay in one place. A night's uninterrupted sleep was definitely needed after a full day at the racetrack. Wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next COTA trip!

Great listing

The house was comfortable and clean. In a nice neighborhood. The host was very communicative. The parking was good, plenty of room in the driveway. The WiFi worked great. The backyard was very spacious and clean.

Short trip

Me and a couple of friends went to see a comedy show at the acl moody theater. Wanda Sykes. The trip was a short weekend and we had a wonderful time. The house was awesome. So much better than a regular hotel a

Austin vacation

The home is very pleasant. It is located in an older Austin neighborhood. All quiet and private.The house is nicely remodeled, neat and clean. Conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host has been very hospitable and responsive to all of our questions. This has been a delightful experience.

Affordable; good communication

Older ranch style home, remodeled. Easy communication. Check in and out smooth. Neighborhood/location just okay. Not close to anything we ended up doing. Fenced in yard. Parking. Bed comfortable. Affordable. Good air conditioning and Nest system.

Austin Getaway

House was a charming vacation spot for my family. Equipped with everything you need to have a good vacation. My family stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and we found this location to be the perfect spot to rest and reset. Property has lovely art all around. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds. I found the sofa to be more comfortable than the the office pullout, but the actual bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is fully stocked and living room and dining room were very clean. There were also many streaming options so we got to watch interstellar on the day of the actual eclipse which was great. The place had great AC and the backyard was a wonderful place to soak in the cool Austin breeze.

Easy Access to other areas great space to work

Nice property. We were in town for our oldests wedding and this property provided access to South Austin and its amenities. I prepped a meal for 100 people in this kitchen. Check in was easy and smooth and house was spacious and well maintained. I would have liked to had access to a vacuum and some basic cleaning supplies other than Windex because we wanted to leave the house as we found it and that’s a pain w no supplies. Also, it was New Year’s Eve and we got quite a free show, the neighbors definitely spared no expense on the fireworks show lol it was beautiful and truly breathtaking (the air was thick). Overall great space! Thank you!
