I would not show this house as a place you can walk to restaurants. I found the neighborhood to be sketchy. I was having work done on my condo and went back to see if I could stay in my condo. As a single woman I was a bit worried. Also, the living room chairs and sofa with sheets to cover the cushions. The dining room table and the coffee table looked like they were from Goodwill. There are some wonderful upgrades to the house. I don't want to paint it as all terrible, There are just some key things that need to be attended to. The house was clean. The backyard did not have grass it was mostly dirt. There were nice beds throughout and the master bathroom was nice. Kitchen was very nice. Thank you!

Very clean, comfortable and convenient home with modern facilities, beautiful bathrooms/kitchen. Easy access to Austin's major roads and airport. Very quiet and safe neighborhood although not a prestigious one. Owner was very communicative and thorough; I would have liked a little more flexibility about gaining access to the property without total reliance on smartphones as I struggle with some vision issues and smartphone connectivity when I travel.

I fixed the hot water heater day 24) No tissue in the unit5) No cookng oil6) No coffee filters7) Master bath shampoo dispenser broken8) Neighbor outside sliding kitchen door grilling and playing with dog. No privacy9) Sketchy neighborhood10)First reservation cancelled by owner last minute11) Old and stained furniture12) Kitchen and Bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled, which looked nice, but..13) Poor kitchen utensils. While trying to cook eggs, the spatula handle fell off into the eggs.14) A bit over powering plug-in air freshners15) No salt shaker. If you like pepper there are 2 pepper shakers..16)If I was traveling with my wife, she would have made us move to a different rental

We have reported the behavior and untruthful accusations of this guest directly to the platform. To clarify, we never advertise items like tissues, cooking oil, and saltshakers as part of our listing amenities. Additionally, our coffee is fresh and replenished regularly for every stay, and our kitchen and bathrooms are modernized and remodeled to ensure a high-quality experience.

My staff stayed here while working at COTA. Having a clean comfortable place to stay when away from the track was all we needed and this house was perfect. We hope to stay again in the future. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice and thr host was very responsive. The only thing is that I would have liked for the listing to have mentioned that there is a massive step up to get into the home. My handicap father had a difficult time getting in and out of the home. Other than that it was nice and we had a good experience.

Decent Stay

The overall stay was ok but nothing special. We had a couple of issues but, to be fair I did not reach out to the host because I knew these things were not going to be solved during our stay. The first is the back yard. The listing stated it was a fenced in backyard but I guess due to construction, a big chunk of it was missing. This was a huge inconvenience being that we picked this property mostly to be able to accommodate our dog but we were not even able to let him go potty in the back without a leash. The second was the guest shower. The sliding doors to the shower were broken and or not installed correctly therefore they would not shut all the way leaving a huge gap for water to splash out. We were restricted to sharing one shower. The third was the driveway. The post did state that it was a shared driveway but not that it was only for 1 vehicle. I was able to park on the street when another guest was there which wasn’t a big deal but multiple times, we got the the house and the driveway was blocked by other cars, not sure if it was neighbors or workers of all of the construction going on around us. There was a lot of good things about the house but not enough to look past all of the other inconveniences.

Our backyard is fully fenced, but unfortunately a section was damaged by nearby construction during your stay. The construction team has assured us it will be replaced, and we’re following up to ensure it’s completed quickly. The guest shower door has since been repaired, and the shared driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles between the two units, though occasional construction activity may have caused temporary blockage. We value your input and are glad you found positives in the home despite these temporary issues.
